VASA Fitness in Sandy is a newly remodeled, spacious facility offering inclusive and accessible fitness for everyone. The location features a diverse selection of amenities under one roof, including STUDIO FLOW for premium infrared yoga, STUDIO RED for boutique HIIT classes, group fitness, personal training, and STRONG, a performance lifting area. Additional amenities include a basketball court, functional training turf, an indoor pool, and child care. Members report a huge variety of training equipment and space, with plenty of machines available even during busy times, and note the open layout ensures it never feels crowded. The yoga studio receives high praise for having some of the best teachers. However, significant criticisms focus on cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the men's locker room. Reviews mention persistent issues like a dried urine puddle on the floor that remains for weeks, other stains that go uncleaned for days, dust and grime on lockers, and a general lack of daily sanitation. There are also notes about garbage cans not being emptied consistently and sanitary wipes for equipment often being unavailable. A gym that has it ALL- tons of equipment, a full class schedule with excellent instructors, great personal training program, pool, sauna, steam room, courts! It's been remodeled and is clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff- highly recommend.
