If your phone screen is cracked they can't help you with your phone or log into your account until you get your phone screen fixed. Seems kind of silly. Guy working was nice though.

Bree doesn't seem to interested in helping customers. I went in in January because my phone wasn't charging, she commented I would probably just have to get a new phone which I ended up doing. She didn't explain any of the billing that would go along with it and rang me up for a bunch of accessories I didn't want but she had put them on my phone before I could say no. She told me upgrading my plan would only cost an additional $5 Month and this next bill is would see a higher amount but a credit would be on the next one to balance that all out.
I gave it a few months and never saw a credit appear, when I went in to talk to someone today he was very helpful and explained that wasn't how it worked and why my bill was higher. And that it $5 a month was not how much the new plan was costing me.
So basically if you go into this store and see a blonde woman, just walk out. She is more interested on what is going on on her headset than helping customers. She is great for corporate as she is lying to the consumer though.

Worst experience I have had in 30 years of working with a cell phone carrier. The bills are essentially a foreign language, and over the 6 months we were with them the bill was incorrect EVERY month! It's impossible to get through to customer service and when you do they are entirely unhelpful, assuming they don't hang up on you. ANY of the other carriers are a better choice!

Very bad experience from this store . Charge me for hidden fee that not notified me before they processed touching my phone .
Scam me to buy accessories for much higher price compare with other store.
The manager never contact me even when I have filed complaint file and emailed the customers service.
Not honest to tell you about the final bill every month. Charge much more than i get told before sign contract with them .

I've been to this store three times. The doors were locked and nobody answered even when the hours were posted as open. I brought a new phone to set up. Not only is my new phone not connected to the service, but when I brought it back in for help, they managed to mess up my old phone, as well, so now I have no working device. What a mess.

Absolutely terrible experience!! I wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have to. She was unfriendly, unhelpful and talked to me like I was an idiot/bother. I ended up walking out and she walked out 5 seconds behind me locking the doors behind us. Maybe she didn’t want to work because it was a beautiful day out??
I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 18 years and now talking to AT&T because it was such a terrible experience. AT&T (same parking lot) was amazing customer service. I’ll be sure to be giving them a 5 star review.

My wife and I recently visited the Verizon store in Sandy Village Utah to add me to her plan. Bree took awesome care of us and went above and beyond to port my number over, get our new phones set up and help us pick out covers and accessories! Corbin the store manager was also very helpful and personable. Kudos to them and I recommend this store!
