They over charge so much I can not get out of my plan unfortunately please do not join Verizon they are the worst company. I am drowning in debt because of them if you enjoy your sanity do not chose Verizon.

This store needs to hire more people. Spent almost an hour waiting on one other person being helped. Such a successful company can't hire more people?

My wife's phone stopped working 2 days ago. I went online and ordered a new phone. I asked if we could just pick it up at a local store since we were in town visiting for Christmas. They sent it to the South Towne location. We went to pick it up, only to see that the store was closed-on a Wednesday. I went to the Quarry Bend store and was told that there was an issue with the Draper store, so they closed the South Towne store and it would open the next day. I was disappointed, but whatever. I went into the South Towne store the next day and was told that all online orders were cancelled because they didn't have the phones in stock. Thanks for the notification, Verizon. Today, we went into the Quarry Bend store to order the phone again and were met by Austin. We described our issue and told him that we needed a new phone. we began the process and while we were waiting for the time release safe for the phone, Austin tried a soft reset on the phone and after a couple of minutes, the phone turned on! Everything looked great and we were in and out in 10 minutes. I can's say enough good things about Austin. He was helpful, engaging, and empathetic. i highly recommend him!

bad location. one lady working there and a store full of customers. she was on her phone and was just chitchatting instead of helped the other countless customers in the store. also stood in line for an hour and a half for a sim card change.

The lady that worked here helped me for a long time it didn’t work out but that was not her fault. Best Verizon store I’ve been.

Terrible customer service. Sat for an hour when I was told I'd have an answer in 10 minutes. A simple answer. Definitely won't be coming here again.

Austin N. was so great to work with! I came in first thing this morning after tragically breaking my phone. Austin was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. You can tell he enjoys his job and he thrives when helping people. He made the entire process of having to purchase a new phone fast, and painless. I will be referring friends and family for a 10/10 experience. Thank you Austin!

The worker in the store does his best, but this store is severely understaffed. Be prepared to wait for at least 30-45 minutes to be helped. I believe we waited at least an hour to be helped when we went to pick up our new phones in Sept. We waited so long that we were there after closing hours before we were helped. Later that evening, we ran into issues activating our phone, which was infuriating after having waited so long to get them.Today, we are dealing with a clerical error that caused us to be charged $200 (in September, the store added a $200 credit that we weren't supposed to get, so Verizon is charging us that amount to fix the mistake which makes our bill very large this month). Save yourself some sanity, and go to the store in Midvale. I will never return to the Sandy location.

Bree was fantastic to deal with! She got me set up with a new phone quickly and fixed a problem or business account too. Shortest amount of time I had to spend in a a long time, thanks again Bree!

This is not the location to visit. 1 person working and she is sick with no voice. Probably should be at home. I watched her eat at the counter while helping a customer. Eating Cafe Rio in front of customers is just unimaginable for me. The display was completely unplugged by the door. Really? That's the first display you want people to see? Because of this store setup of 1 person at a time, I had to sit here and wait for the previous customer to get 2 new phones, and the accessories for 2 children. The rep wanted to do everything even knowing I had been waiting 30+ minutes at that point. She installed the phone cases, setup the phone on the iTunes account AND the parenting controls. All while I waited patiently. While I applaud her on her desire to help the customer with every little thing, I was ignored for the whole visit. This store is not providing a value to the Verizon name and is actually damaging. This store should close and people should try another store. This is so bad. I finally left after an hour of waiting.

Absolutely terrible fake store! Note this is not a real Verizon store. It is a micro store owned by a third-party distributor that has no power to swap phones or make any corrections to the account or do anything important. Don’t waste your time with the store, go to at corporate store.

The three times I have come into the store for new phones and information, I have been treated with respect and dignity. Taran was extremely patient and helpful. Two thumbs up for Taran and his team.

Today we met Tarin at Quarry bend. He helped my husband and I setup our new phones (which were giving us issues) and even was kind enough to put the screen protectors on that we had brought in.We had a not so great experience at the Jordan Landing store and meeting Tarin today was a relief to say the least!10/10 would recommend you see him!
