Just went in to the store with more than a million questions about trading up to the iPhone 17 and Caleb was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered every single question I had and got us on the right track. Give that gentleman a raise!

I had a great experience! Trevor took me through the whole process of getting a new phone which was really nice since it’s been a minute since I got a new one. He was really kind and super helpful in explaining all the steps and processes. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

They’ll try and make it seem like you’re getting your accessories for “free” when in reality, the phone itself is free and they’re charging for you for the accessories. Go to an actual Verizon store and save yourself some money..

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you like being scammed, please go to this location. The WORST and I mean worst experience I have ever had. This isn’t even an actual Verizon store, so please be aware of that. I wish I would have read the reviews, before I went here. We were lied to about fees, set up costs, phone costs and monthly costs. We set up our own phones and we’re still charged $140 in set up fees in ADDITION TO the standard $30 a line transfer fee. We were only a customers for 5 days and were out hundreds of dollars, two iPhones and to date, over 45 hours of wasted time, missed days of work trying to fix Kira’s lies and mistakes. I am not one to make negative reviews, but this has been beyond terrible. Our last bill was negative 348 and they made up a fee to zero out our account, so we wouldn’t receive a refund. Even after they told us two times, a check had been mailed. ATT worked for over four hours to fix all of these fraudulent transactions, but we were still out almost $500. Never again. Worst store ever.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I came in alone as a girl and the employees took advantage of me. I was told that I was required to purchase 3 accessories in order to upgrade my phone. I was desperate to get a new phone because my current one was broken. I spent $178 on accessories I didn’t want. I called corporate and found out they basically SCAMMED me into buying stuff, so they could make commission. I came back in to return the items, and the manager was super rude and dismissive. I had to argue with her to refund me for all the accessories which makes no sense because corporate said it wouldn’t be an issue and this was not my fault. Never once did she say sorry or apologize for my experience. Stay away from this store and ALL of their employees!!!

I went to trade in my iphone for a 16 pro, Marcus was so great! Super good at math!! Helped a ton in finding me the deal that was right and setting up my phone. 10/10 would upgrade a phone with Marcus again

If I could give a zero star I would. This store is awful. All I got was the run around when the mistake made by the employee could’ve been fixed BY THE STORE. Instead I spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer service, and spent time driving from store to store because THIS STORE WOULD NOT CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.

I would not go to this store if you need help with the phone. I have a Droid that I switched from an iPhone about a month ago and now I do not receive text messages to my Droid from iPhones nor do I have my visual voicemail. I spent time on the phone with customer service and they could not figure it out and told me to go to a Verizon store, so I thought I would come to the nearest store and the individual absolutely did not want to help me probably because he's not making commission on me he told me to go to the district store or the store in draper so I guess I'll see if they have better customer service.

Super helpful staff! Went in to get help with my SIM card that had been on the fritz and got a replacement no problem. Highly recommend this location!
