I came in for an alignment, and they were extremely kind and helpful. They took the time to make sure that all the repairs done by another mechanic were in perfect condition. I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for their honesty, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend. Luis and the entire team were absolutely amazing.

If I were you, I wouldn't go to this store. I arrived and showed my new tire, which was just flat. The guy said it could be fixed, which would be $30. He spent 10 minutes and the other guy said it couldn't be fixed because the hole was big and had to be changed. He charged me $135 for a new tire. After leaving the store, I went to Walmart to look at the tire, which was installed and the same model, for $65. In other words, they do everything they can to get the most out of you, and it's not the first time!

I went yesterday and had tires mounted and balanced. They said we can’t do the Alignment because the car needs a rack and pinion. We said ok we will replace it what time do you close on Sunday. He said be here by 3 pm and I can do the alignment. Took it home my husband replaced it. Went back Sunday after my husband finished replacing it. The guy said no I’m going home Early I already changed bring it back Monday. We had plans to drive to michigan today. Completely rude and unreliable and ruined our plans for our 21 hour drive.

I visited Victors Tires to have my flat tire fixed. They had the tire fixed in about 20 mins. It was about $20. They are a fast shop and are willing to help.

Don’t go to this one they suck! If you do you gotta watch out when the guy that speaks English comes up to you. You’re gonna see another one come behind him. He’s gonna start checking your tires and everything and he’s gonna tell him to refuse you service in Spanish. Don’t waste your time. just go someplace else.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. There’s a young kid that works. There is very rude and not helpful. I was quoted $15 per tire to Mountain balance. When I got to the shop, he told me it was gonna be $160. I went ahead and did it and I asked him why the price was so much More he said “because we know how to do it “when he was putting the tires in the back of my truck he was slamming them around deliberately. I would not recommend going to this location. Buyer beware

I pulled up with one blown out tire this place was my only hope of salvation, in 5 minutes they fixed my tire and rim and had me on my way to continue my day extremely affordable beat tire place on earth , thank y’all god bless your skills
