We highly recommend Vision Mirror & Shower Door! Julie in the front office was just great! She set everything up and got Troy to come out and measure and eventually manufacture and install three mirrors. He is so very good at what he does! The mirrors turned out fantastic and look great! If you need mirrors or shower surrounds(they installed a beautiful frameless shower several years ago) call Vision. They are great!

Count us another happy customer of Vision. Like many of the other reviewers we had Vision Mirror and Shower Door replace two of our shower enclosures with European Style frameless glass. Julie was great to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive. Troy, the estimator and installer was super pleasant and meticulous in his work. Their prices were competitive with other companies we contacted and their service was far superior to everyone else. Highly recommended!

Absolutely blown away by how beautiful our shower looks, thanks to Vision! Our home was built in 2014, but the master bath shower doors and glass looked very dated, so we opted to get them replaced. Our whole experience was awesome, from the moment I called and spoke with Julie about an estimate, to the tech who came to measure and remove our old glass, to the tech who installed our new frameless glass. It honestly looks even better than I'd envisioned and I'm so grateful we found such a great company to do it!

Vision Mirror and Shower Door installed our European style shower walls and door. Their estimator came within a few days and he was very professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Their bid was not the lowest, but it was the second best of six. Their lead time to install was 50% to 100% faster than the other companies that bid. The installer came as scheduled (actually a day sooner than estimated) and did a great job. He had decades of experience and was a true craftsman. He had to notch the quartz bath top counter and it turned out perfect. He worked quickly but was attentive to every detail. The glass fit with precision, every edge is aligned, you cannot see the caulk, the glass is beautiful, and most importantly, there are no leaks. After a couple of weeks, we still admire the look and workmanship. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend Vision Mirror and Shower to anyone that is installing shower doors.

Also, cherry on top of this review...their price was better by quite a bit from another company that also gave me an estimate. So good all the way around. And we LOVE our European Shower Door. I have absolutely no reason NOT to give vision shower and mirror 5 stars. Because my entire experience from beginning to end was flawless. Everyone that I encountered had excellent customer service- from the person I talked to on the phone when I called to get a bid, to the person who came to get measurements, to the person who installed the mirror. I needed a custom sized pivot mirror installed over a window in my bathroom. I did a quick google search of custom mirror companies and ultimately chose this one based on their reviews and being located close to my house. I had a price point/budget in mind before calling, and the bid they gave me over the phone was less money than that. So I decided to just move forward with working with Vision without getting other bids. They came a few days later get exact measurements (rather than relying on the measurements that I gave them over the phone), and as it turns out, I needed a bigger mirror than I had thought. But they were kind enough to still match the bid that was given to me over the phone. They came to install it about a week later, and they ended up having to take it back to the shop because there was a small hiccup in the installation process. I appreciated them taking the time to take the mirror back to the shop so that it could be hung perfectly. They brought it back a few days later and now we have a beautiful mirror in our bathroom. The whole process was about 3 weeks, from bid to installation. I am a pleased customer!

Highly, highly recommend Vision Mirror & Shower Door! I had called several companies looking for ideas and help for our shower remodel. Then I called and talked with Julie! She is amazing! We wanted a frame-less, barn-door style and so needed... help. From the minute she picked up the phone, I knew... she knew her products! She walked me through numerous ideas offering professional suggestions and explained in detail the final pricing. One of their installers - Troy - was assigned to do our install. Troy arrived exactly on time and was incredibly detailed and precise. He did a beautiful job! We could not be more pleased with the final product! If I could give them - 10 stars... I would!
