If you ever wondered why Walgreens is a failing as a company and AI is replacing customer service workers look no further than this location.
From the extremely apathetic Gen Z staff who seem like they can't be bothered to help you with anything running the counter, to the pharmacist who can't tell you if/when they will be able to fill a prescription or if they even have order enough of something to meet the demand, this Walgreens should be a case study on how not to run a business.

I’ve been filling prescriptions here for a couple years now and it started out fine, never ran into problems until the last year or so. My prescriptions are constantly delayed, no matter what they are, and this pharmacy is very difficult to reach over the phone. It constantly says “3 callers ahead of you” and even after 20 minutes, it keeps repeating the same thing. It’s frustrating always seeing “delayed” with no reason why. it would be nice if someone could reach out and notify why something was delayed so there’s at least some level of communication. It’s been frustrating and I’m going to switch to a different pharmacy because I just don’t have time to deal with this every time I need a refill

I was the 4th car back and waited 27 minutes. The day before this I waited 13 minutes and was the 2nd car back. When I got to the window they said they didn’t have my prescription, even though I had received a text that it was ready. Because of this mix up I had to come back the next day and wait 27 minutes.

The pharmacist is rude. You have to wait on hold forever and then I have been hung up on several times. They always act like you are waisting their time.

This place is bad. Bad bad bad. Every single time I call and they say the prescription will be ready, but when I show up they always hit me with “looks like it’s not quite ready, if you want to wait 20-25 minutes it’ll be ready for you though!” Super annoying and a waste of my time.

The pharmacist doesn't usually read notes from the doctor. More than half the time on a prescription I refill monthly I have to go back to have them correct it.
