Two days in a row I had the displeasure of getting passport pictures and first of all they are way overpriced. They have a bull crap offer of a digital version of your picture but if you want it for any use, you’re gonna have to edit yourself or they charge you more the gal that helped us was rude and rather hostile in every interaction I will go and get pictures taken on Mars before I will go back there.

This Walgreens pharmacy is awful. Every time I have a prescription filled here it is never ready when I come to pick up. I do not rush over here I usually give them 4 hours to fill before I go attempt to get my prescription. Just arrived at 8:35, my daughter’s prescription was called in at 4 pm, I arrive at the drive thru and they tell me they need 20 mins to get it ready. I have driven straight from the doctor to other Walgreens and they would have it ready. This location sucks!

Today was my second encounter with Morgan, a clerk at my neighborhood Walgreens. The first was several months ago. That day I pleasantly said, “Thank you, I appreciate your help.” She snapped back with a nasty attitude, “It’s my job. I don’t need to be thanked.” It completely shocked me that a simple comment made her respond in such a negative way and tone. It was completely unnecessary to make a customer feel badly about coming to Walgreens. Today I was picking up photos and a woman with a full cart of items was ahead of me. Morgan unnecessarily snapped at her. As she was unloading that woman’s cart, I asked if I could just get my photos and bring them to the front register. She nastily snapped at me to wait until she was done. I certainly didn’t expect her to stop what she was doing and hand me my photos at that very moment. My simple request clearly did not warrant such a rude response. The other woman looked at me with widened eyes, indicating that she didn’t appreciate Morgan’s rudeness either. Morgan handed me my photos and, as I walked away, chose to disrespect me once again by rudely calling out loudly, “I was busy.” When a customer comes into an establishment, they should be treated with respect and kindness. Morgan has an abrasive way of interacting with customers and intentionally offends them. Perhaps she should work in the stock room away from customers that may choose not to return to this store due to her caustic personality.

Today April 27th at 9:39 AM went to pick up my prescription. I had until the 27th to do so. (Screen shot of transcribed VM from Walgreens provided, showing that I had until then to pick up). Anyways, the “pharmacy manager” had already pulled it from the shelf and would not sell it. The Rx is now expired so I have to make an appointment to fill another one. Makes zero sense why they tell you have until the 27th but then employees don’t follow protocol and are unwilling make things right. After many years of loyalty, the continued subpar practices around here and this interaction specifically has led my family and I to switch pharmacy’s.

What is it with Pharmacists? Most are barely tolerable. Today the guy at the window was the most unpleasant I’ve experienced thus far.

Unprofessional pharmacist and staff.
They have a sign posted to please “be kind” yet they treat you with a rude attitude and no regard whatsoever for their huge mistakes and misinformation. Perhaps they should be trained on how to be kind and empathetic to customers who don’t get their prescriptions because of their mistakes. What a HUGE disappointment.

Long story short - frustrating situation getting pharmacy, insurance and doctor’s office on the same page regarding a particular prescription. Up until today everyone involved has been patient and respectful while trying to get this resolved. Today I made a third attempt to pick up the prescription after both my doctor and the pharmacy independently notified me that it was ready. While the cashier and I were talking I realized it was still not correct. A pharmacy employee (whom I believe was the pharmacist) joined our conversation briefly before grabbing the bag from the cashier, rolling her eyes and storming off ripping open the bag as she left. I apologized to the cashier acknowledging it has been a very frustrating situation for everyone involved. I thanked the cashier for her help. A few minutes later I was on my way home with the correct prescription. 🙄

Coming from someone who worked there, the entire pharmacy is totally unprofessional and inappropriate. RXOM Alyssa Gonzalez is absolutely rude to the customers, and if she feels they are being entitled she will make them wait an entire extra hour to get there prescription, and she will tell us to fill it extra slow. Alyssa personally took away my shift, because I called her unprofessional. Making so I am unable to work. She is unfair to the entire staff, and will get mad when we are running late, but is 30 min to an hour late herself everyday, she can’t even set the example of being on time herself, but expects the entire team to not be anymore than 5 min late. She’s a hypocrite and can’t even show up for her team, she uses her personal life to make lousy excuses such as, “I was out late the night before”, or “I’m too tired”, “I’m coming in later”, or there is “traffic”. But there is no exception for anyone else. Well Alyssa, just as you told us “ wake up earlier”!. She is unprofessional and will write you up or call you out in front of the entire pharmacy instead of talking to you privately in the office. She is a lousy manager and runs a very toxic team.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. Bad to the point of being potentially dangerous. Don't go.

Can't give it zero stars, or I would. They have signs that say "Please be patient with our staff", which apparently gives their staff licence to be rude to their customers. I have had many, many problems getting them to fill the prescriptions properly. It takes FOREVER to get them on the phone to resolve issues.Today, I spent 20 minutes to get them on the phone to fix an issue. The said it would be ready by 4:30pm. My wife went to pick it up. The didn't have it ready and made her wait 30 minutes to fill it. Don't waste your time. There have to be better options.

The store is fine unless you are going to the pharmacy. The pharmacy is awful. The techs are fine but the pharmacists are bad. They are very rude if you question anything. Even if they are requests your Doctor made, they question you as if you are an idiot. Question the Doctor not the patient and save the snarky attitude for the Doctor when you question their RX choices. They also somehow never seem to get the RX's my Doctors office sends to them. It will often take 2 or 3 times for my Doctor calling or emailing them to even acknowledge that they recieved an RX to fill. Thought it might have just been me but my wife confirmed they also have horrible customer service with her as well. The manager is just as bad when you have questions she acts as if you are bothering her. Zero tact when working with customers. We are fed up and will be transferring all of our RX needs to another company besides Walgreens. It is a shame because this location is so convenient for us but not worth the poor service.

I called to ask if they had my medication in stock and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and told me that they don't and that they never will and hung up on me.
