As a long-standing citizen of the United States for over six years, I was taken aback by an insensitive letter demanding that I declare my country of origin. This was particularly concerning as I have not resided in that country for more than a decade and have dedicated myself to being a proud faculty member in the US. The bank's threat to close my accounts if I did not comply with their sudden request left me alarmed. When I visited a branch to address the matter, the manager's disrespectful behavior was unexpected from what I had come to know of Wells Fargo. Despite being a loyal customer, he seemed unaware of the letter and nonchalantly advised me to either sign it or withdraw all of my funds before my accounts were forcefully closed. He failed to take the time to thoroughly explain the situation, which is something I would have expected from a representative of the bank.

Well is the worst bank with the worst customer service in the Salt Lake Valley. I consistently get terrible service, incompetent people or people who simply can’t do the job. I simply wanted to send a bank wire there’s no one available who can do it the tellers don’t know how the bankers are all busy in interviews! The customer does not matter
Just trying to send a simple bank wire, it’s absolutely the worst bank in Utah.

Inability to listen to a simple banking question.
The answer did not remotely answer the question asked. I went to my home branch after this visit and immediately was understood.

Branch manager Eric is an attentive, smart, problem solver. I’m not easy to de-escalate, but he did it smoothly. Wells Fargo should thank him!!!

Christian went above and beyond! We stopped by this location after going to another branch and having a terrible experience. We were told we had to make an appointment, we said we would like to make one and the teller told us she couldn't but here is a QR code to make one. 3 employees standing there just watching, no other customers in the branch, horrible. So we went up the road to try another branch. Luckily, it was a much better experience. Christian was patient with my elderly mother who is slow to answer questions and a little forgetful. He could read the situation and ask the appropriate questions. We were ready to close the account, but Christian turned the experience around 100%

Even one star is too many when it comes to this bank/branch.I have been with them for 38 years and finally decided to pull the plug on them for horrible customer service. The rude and cocky branch manager didn't even bother asking me why I'm closing my account with them after so many years. In a nutshell, Wells Fargo doesn't give a hoot about its customers. I will not give them a penny for rest of my life.

Very very unprofessional and the branch manager is rude as hell! We just sat there for 45 mins waiting on him to come talk to us but he looked at us 4-5 times and never once came to spoke. Never go there if you never anything other then a bank teller.So sad that this is what the banks have become when customer service is key and the manager doesn’t even care to say anything to us. We are so upset and to be treated with so much disrespect is unbelievable.

When I went to this Wells Fargo to get my money from my check, I went to the drive through and had to wait 5 minutes before being assisted. They assisted people that came after me which is extremely unfair and unprofessional. I put my check in with my ID and they gave back my ID with the money in an envelope and I drove away. And when I parked to check the money they didn’t me the correct amount that was on the check. I should’ve gotten more money but they didn’t have the decency to do that. Extremely unprofessional.
