Update: You can use an expired ID within the first month of the expiration date. Heather and Josh resolved the issue amazingly and apologized for the prior interaction with the account employee. Thank y'all!Confrontation account employee. Maybe don't hire employees with anger problems. Woman sitting closest to entry door learn to keep calm. Less coffee, maybe???

I will avoid this branch. Went in to do a cash deposit. They wouldn't take the deposit. They said they wouldn't take cash deposit from me because I wasn't on the checking account I was trying to put it in. But they found me on all the other accounts, I was depositing in to an account I have worked with for my uncle who is bed reddin. I didn't want any account info just deposit the money, and they won't take cash. Said if I wanted to make out a check they would take that but not cash. I left and went to a different branch and they took it without problem. I guess this branch just doesn't want to do anything, that's why all the employees were just standing around talking with no customers.

What kind of bank doesn't have cash at the ATM. Like come on. The only reason branches exist IMO.

What kind of bank doesn’t have a coin machine??? REALLY… REALLY???It’s very hit or miss with service. Average or awful is all you will get from this place. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo since 2011 but these people at this specific location could really use the advice of other locations on how to be better, friendlier, cleaner, and HELPFUL!

This branch has the longest wait times of any branch of I’ve been to and takes forever to get anything done. I would drive to another branch for faster service

Go to chase!! Go to ANY credit union. They are such crooks 7.50 to cash a check. They have flat closed an account for me and stolen my $ for months before giving it back too. Nice people but AWFUL BANK

I came in on a Friday and set up an appointment for the following Monday, January 3rd.I set the appointment for 11:00AM.Was running 5 minutes late so I called them… literally 17 times and no one picked up.How can you be a bank as big as Wells Fargo and not even be able to pick up the phone??Then I showed up, and the doors are locked when everything online says they are open.Bankers inside were even looking at me from the inside. “F” this place, for real.

Don't answer your phones if someone calls within minutes of closing and make sure your doors are locked right at 5pm - if not sooner. Poor form. People have real lives and can't make it to the bank during your operating hours - yet you get to be the arbiters of their access to your services. Not customer friendly at all.

Biggest joke of a bank. We run millions of dollars every year with our business and have never had a problem with ANY other bank depositing money into a customer's Bank account but these jokers will give you the run around telling you a reason why they won't accept it then tell you what to do to fix it, but when you do it EXACTLY how they say and go back only for them tell to you they won't deposit our money into their account. Even told me they'd call or customer to see if it's ok if we give him money. To which I said that works for us only for the teller to say oh I can't do that. Why would you say you can if you aren't going to? What kind of bank refuses to allow money to be deposited to them? We've done the exact same deposits from the exact same account with the same checks into Wells Fargo accounts this way for over a decade and suddenly this year they started telling us randomly they won't do it but then other times they will with ZERO reasoning behind it. only reason Wells Fargo gets 2 stars is because I've only give 1 Star to one business ever and that business is by far worse than Wells Fargo which is surprising considering gall they have to blatantly waste people's time.

I had a good experience in their drive thru the other day. The man at the window was very friendly, very helpful, and very fast. I might be tempted to make this branch my new favorite!
