The manager, Joey, was absolutely atrocious when speaking to my mother and me. He was extremely rude and condescending. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone.

Do not under any circumstances do an online pickup order at this location. The staff will not complete the order in a timely manner, and the customer service when things go wrong with an online order is entirely unhelpful. Store Policy prevents the staff from providing effective customer service or completing an order whenever anything goes wrong with the system, which is not the staff's fault, but regardless makes ordering from this store a terrible user experience. If you need to order online or are in a rush, take your business somewhere that is actually capable of completing online orders, and won't waste hours and hours of your time for meaningless bureaucratic reasons.

I picked up a medication that had to be injected and they gave me four needles to inject the medication but only one needle to extract it out of the bottle. I know from experience you are not supposed to reuse needles. So I went back to the pharmacy and waited in a 25 minute line only to hear them tell me I needed to go to a different line at the next window and then I would have to buy the other three needles. They should've just have given them to me with the prescription. I truly wouldn't been bothered so bad if the pharmacist would not have been so snippy.

The service and friendliness at this location has dropped drastically this last year. Only few months ago Walgreens at the corner of 9400S and Highland Dr was like a family, nice people welcoming us into the store and knowing us since we would be there several times a week. It has become lately a very cold place. Just few minutes ago I was calling to schedule an appointment for my 15 year old to take the covid vaccine, and the lady who was supposed to schedule the appointment, transferred me to the general line to start over all the step to schedule the vaccine. Like hanging on me.... Very unfriendly... like in a bad mood... like bothered with my call???? Sorry to see the level of service drop this way

I would like to give the Walgreens and their people a higher rating. I really miss CVS, they never texted me and gave me false info. Walgreens texts me saying my RX is ready. No it ain't ! Told me it should be in tomorrow. Then when they text me next, I'd just driven through their drive-up telling them I got a text and my RX is ready. So 15 min ago, right after I'd just been there, now the text says they have it !!! No they Don't !!! Or do they ? So I dropped back bye because by now I'm ready to discuss this with somebody. Now there's 4 cars on n front of me! C'mon Walgrens! 2-4-6-8 C'mon Walgreens, Don't Suck!!!!!!! You Must B Better than

The staff member who cashed me out interrupted a lesson I was attempting to teach my son about the impact of plastic bags because I used the term b******* in my explanation to my son that was deemed offensive by the cashier. He threatened to phone the local police. Then asked me to leave (I did as my transaction was complete). I went back in to ask his name and got his manager Cathy's name. Uhh,, wake up buddy every heard of the first amendment?

I'm disabled and rely on stores to be easily accessible not just at their front doors but at their parking lot entries/exits and drive thrus. This may well be a very good store with great staff, but its parking lot is a disaster. Who's responsible for designing this mess? What on earth is going on here? I ended up moving my scripts to this store just this week from another Walgreens because of uncomfortable vehicle access as well as ongoing customer service problems at the old one, and I regret it already. This is the third Walgreens location I've tried since moving to Sandy a year ago. Man, this is terrible. Who is in charge of designing and building Walgreens horrible, hazardous approaches, lots, and drive thrus?
