Zeitoon Market & Cafe is a Middle Eastern and Persian café. It is considered a hidden gem and a true gem, offering a very authentic experience. The food is great, with incredible flavors, delicious and fresh dishes, and tons of flavor. The koobideh kebabs are perfectly char-grilled, tender, and juicy with the right balance of spices, reminding some of home or a grandma's cooking. The rice complements the kebabs well. The Persian black tea is very tasty and recommended. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-organized. The staff is very friendly, everyone is very kind, and the service is wonderful. It is highly recommended and called the best Persian restaurant in the area by many.
Every time I’ve come here I am introduced to a new dish that my taste buds have never tried before. The quality is always exceptional and the staff have always been top notch. Quickly becoming a favorite!

I’m Iranian and the food was spot on. The Koobideh kebab was amazing. Gheymeh was very good too. Highly recommend this place. Good food and service.

The food is so amazing! From the atmosphere to the service to the way the food is beautifully plated! Not only the way the food looks but how it tastes is out of this world I highly recommend!!
