In today’s world it’s hard to find customer service when it’s really needed, however my experience with zions bank east Sandy is not so.
Having trouble getting things clarified and in place with government agencies can be frustrating and impossible.
Completely outside of normal duties or customer service, Desiree Pingree was able to contact the government agency on my behalf and get things finally going in my favor. A thank you is not enough to show my gratitude for everything that has been done on my behalf. Thank you so much zions east Sandy and especially thank you to Desiree!

I am so pleased by this location and the employees that work here, I have banked at zions for years and years (well before it was zions) they are so extremely helpful and always willing to help with a smile on their faces. I have never left this location feeling unhappy. Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind all the time.

Whenever I visit this Zions bank branch, it is peaceful , the lines are short, the tellers are smart and efficient, and the manager is helpful.

Last week I went to my Zions Bank local branch to make a payment on my credit card. Words can’t express the gratitude of the team staff for helping me with my transaction. The Branch Manager Desiree stop by the teller counter to say and welcoming to the branch. The most amazing thing was the teller who helped me show me how I can save the trip to the bank each month by using the mobile app and make my payment each month. Thank you so much helping me with my banking needs.

Been banking at zions for years, that’s my first mistake. Then this branch has told me repeatedly they couldn’t help with an account because they are ‘too busy’ or ‘don’t have time’. Get it together. I’m leaving for another bank that is in this century.

Run far away from this bank! Do not bank here. We have a bank account here as a functioning PTA. They have been awful. Each year you have to put new people on the bank account because a new board is elected. They failed to do this, even after we gave them all the proper paperwork. The male manager here also was super rude to one of our board members because she has a thick accent. Our ? PTA will be taking our business elsewhere
