Had an appointment to get winter tires on and here's how it went.
- Didn't complete in time frame given
- Didn't notify me at all that it was ready for pickup
- Had to constantly remind them to return the current summer tires
- Left every single sticker on the tires
- Left wheel grease all over rims
Will not be returning here for any sort of service.

I needed an oil change. They also did rotate my tires, did an alignment, topped off my windshield fluid and had me out the door in about 45 min or less. Big O has always been great and very thorough every time I have taken my car in. I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else!

I usually frequent the Payson location, but since this one is even more local, I thought I'd give it a try. Oil change and rotation, friendly folk at the counter and not a very long wait time, either. First visit is a win. I'll be back in about 5000 miles or so. Add on: still a great place to go.... Bring some time and be patient, if you plan on waiting for your vehicle. They good, but they can't work miracles. Been bringing my car here regularly and the service never disappoints. Edit to add: I always receive good advice about my car's maintenance needs. I've had both my vehicles in on a regular basis now, since they've opened. Been getting my tires from them as well. Always been happy with the service. The crew is awesome. Update from recent visit: still awesome crew. They been keeping my rav 4 running smoothly and only fix what needs fixing. 256k miles and still running strong, thanks to the great work "my" guys do!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Big O Tires in Santaquin. I went in knowing I had a problem and thinking they were going to do a quick check on my tires. And when a major problem was revealed, they worked me into their day. Great service. I am very thankful.
