What a dumpster fire of an office! They messed up my dependents and when I tried to get them to fix it, they wanted even more money! It's already highway robbery. Then when I said to cancel the whole thing, cause I'll just do it myself, the manager got pissed and hung up. Now I see that the taxes were still filed, even though I told them not too, and on top of that, they have removed my dependent. Now I owe even more! Was this a form of retaliation?? Oh, and I still haven't had the whole of the exorbitant fees returned to me. Never again will I go to these people! I wouldn't trust them to add 2+2 and be right. Too bad I can't give them NO stars.

I don't know how they are lisence. Sure super nice n great environment. Fist time ever filing so I was clueless as to what it involves. But Stephanie made me feel alot better when I was told set my info down and it will be all down in a day or two. Sure enough went and signed But this process was down by Tammie. Sent em off boom that simple. Until finally after about three months later I got a call from them informing me that 2019 had been filed already. OH YA I FORGOT TO MENTION I HAD TO PAY THEM $700 cash THE DAY I SIGNED. SO I COULD BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED. I TOLD EM ILL TAKE THE $200 refund. But it had to be sent by check like my taxes. So finally I hadn't heard a thing. I'd call her n just told me be patient it's coming it's coming FINALLY I CAUGHT TAMMIE THERR AND SHES LIKE U HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING NOPE NOTHING ,Nada NOTHIN. NOT EVEN MY TWO HUNDRED CASH. SHORTEN THIS UP A BIT I STILL HAVE NOT RECIVED A REFUND OR MYRETURN. SO THE GUY IN SPANISH FORK AFTERTELLING RUDELY EXCEPT TO TALK TO US WELL THEY GAVE THEM MY WRONG ADDRESS FIST OFF SO SENT PAPERWORK TO CHANGE ADRESS And still no refund for the year that was already done from there off the whole that should've been sent along time ago. So they sent in my wrong address is three different times well twice the original one they sent was wrong and then only text was wrong myself I thought I'd try paid them so I didn't really look at it but I still have not received a dime extremely Lustrated actually downright pissed my taxes are simple I got nothing to clean basic easy as could be and they send her the wrong address supposedly correct it and find out I guess they sent the wrong address again so I finally we do a 1099 that's supposed to fix it all and still nothing still haven't got my return money now they're all gone on vacation doing whatever and I have gotten nothing Absolutely ridiculous.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. The Gal I had was very wired and wouldn't listen. I had to walk her thru the process and the fee was insane! I will never go to H&R again.
