I previously had a great review of this place. But now when I go the customer service is poor, and full of excuses. Prices are crazy high. I stopped shopping at smiths to support local. I am going back to smiths. Atleast the prices there are reasonable.

I don’t understand why a store would allow their baker to scream and yell so loud he could be heard over the music in the pharmacy that is on the opposite end of the store. Extremely unprofessional and made for a miserable shopping experience. I have spoken to store staff about it but nothing has changed. Today was worse than ever with several shoppers talking about it. No more morning shopping trips for me. I’ll go elsewhere. Most other staff are great. The baker ruins it for me.

Love this store. You can get items from around the world. If they don't have it they order for you if they can find it. Also. Home of the Kong cone. Lots of soft serve for a low price
