Hands down the best Ford dealership. No hassle from the service department. Called to get some service done and Cole got me in a day earlier than the original appointment. In and out quickly with no issues from Cole and the service tech. When you need service done at this dealership call and ask for Cole he will help you out and make sure it’s done quickly and professionally.

Went to Murdock Ford to purchase a used Ford F350 expecting the usual pushy salesperson. What we found was completely the opposite. Maritza was so unexpected. Wish other sales people could learn from her. She went way out of her way to show us the vehicles available. Walking and even running back and forth from the very back lot to the office for keys. She went 200% beyond any experience we have experienced before. We would rate her 6 stars if they had it, 200%, A++. Thank you Maritza.

Our experience buying our Jeep there yesterday was so great. We have 3 little kids so having to sit while buying a vehicle can be challenging. Gage J. Made an appointment for an oil change and took my car in. When I checked in Matt told me it would be 45 minutes. I waited and after 1 hour I went to see if it was done. I was told they didn't have an OIL FILTER and they had to go to Provo to get one! Waited again and when the service tech was done and brought the keys to the service desk I waited a little longer, thinking someone would come and get me to check out. Matt was helping another customer when I noticed 3 other employees sitting around visiting and approached them to help me out. Finally, after 2 HOURS, my oil change was done and I could leave! Very frustrating & disappointed with my first interaction at the new building. Plenty of employees but the lack of stock & communication was disappointing!

I'm not sure what to make of this dealership with the current owners. I have submitted multiple online requests for new Ford trucks and I can never get a response or a quote. The only thing I receive are the AI generated emails that come through weeks later in the early morning hours asking if I'm still interested. Apparently, business must be so good they don't need potential buyers.

My check engine light came on while I was driving on Interstate 15. It scared me to see it light up and I knew I needed to find out the issue or cause. The next exit off I15 was Murdock Ford in Santaquin, Utah. I stopped in and one of the service advisors, “Matt”, stopped everything he was doing, ran the diagnostics on my car and found the problem in less than two minutes. After checking several other items, he fixed my issue, and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I am very grateful to Matt and his professional courtesy and kindness and outstanding knowledge to help me in what could’ve been a major engine issue. Thank you, Matt and Murdock Ford in Santaquin, UT, I am forever grateful!!

Fantastic dealer for the purchase of a new Bronco! Had free wood fired pizza, drinks, friendly sales and financing - Gabe was great to work with! Finally have my dream vehicle! Murdock stand by their warranty and make you feel comfortable with your purchase! Service department is also great!
