This used to be my bank. Today changed my direct deposits to Mountain America. They’ve gone downhill fast maybe it’s because of Covid and they don’t seem to be able to be nice to people. Especially this branch. Look at the Google ratings! What’s up, AFCU? If you can’t get an account with Mountain America, definitely go with any other credit union or bank for that matter.

I wouldn't recommend this bank for anything to be honest always a problem where I have to go to the bank because people online can't help me then the people in the bank say go online has happend multiple times terrible.

I’ve been in a customer for almost 20 years, and I honestly have to say I’ve never been overly impressed with their service. This last Saturday I made the mistake of trusting the bank teller to deposit over $2000 cash into my account but it took until I brought it to their attention that it never got deposited that they started looking into it, and once they started looking into it after providing the information to them multiple times about the amount, what I was driving, wearing. and what time I came to the bank. They said they believe they located where the funds went and should have it corrected the next day. I believe in a situation like this, I shouldn’t have to be the one to ask for them to expedite a process of transferring funds into my account where they had received cash. I’m done wasting my time And money with them.

I came through the drive through to deposit some cash and sent it through with all the information and included my debit card, I even filled out the form for them so I figured I was being helpful. The money was deposited and the receipt sent back to me but no one came on to tell me to have a good day or anything they just started to help the next person. The customer service here can be hit and miss. Normally it’s about a 5/10 on average.

I opened an account with America First Credit Union because they offered a better interest rate on my car loan. Little did I know I would soon regret this decision. I left my old bank (Cyprus Credit Union) of 8 years to make the switch. The day I opened the account with my wife we were both inside the bank for about an hour getting everything set up. Right after we left the bank we attempted to get groceries from Walmart and neither one of our cards worked so we had to leave the store without our groceries and go reset our pins again at the bank which was extremely frustrating to say the least. I then started trying to connect my bank account to be able to pay my mortgage and car insurance and venmo and NOTHING would connect to it even with there 4 digit number they tell you to put in-front of your account number. (I tried this for a few days and when I went in and brought all these issues to there attention nobody on staff could tell me as to why this was happening) I was pretty upset that the manager wouldn't come talk to me in person so I asked that he give me a call and he never did. I'm not done yet, my wife's employer had to give her a paper paycheck for the duration that we banked here because our banking information would get kicked back as an invalid account. Let it be known that I'm 27 years old and have used 3 banks in my lifetime and this is the only one I have ever had any issues with. Do not bank here, you'll start losing hair sooner then you need to. Have a lovely day.

Worst customer service ever, it goes from the tellers all the way up to their management. Angelica is the most unprofessional teller I have ever had to deal with. She was rude and condescending while explaining “company policy.” When I asked for clarification I was met with contempt. I know I won’t be going to this branch again. If I didn’t have a current HELOC there that I can’t refinance due to our high rates, I would move everything to another credit union.

This bank location is HORRID. Our charity raised a good amount of money for a family that lost their child. They flagged this check we gave them because a man of color was the recipient. Flagged it as fraud for "out of sequence" This check is not out of sequence they are profiling.

Had to take care of business in-person and chose this branch to get it done. Tyson helped me get my banking list completed quickly, professionally, friendly, and accurately. All things that are important to me. Makes me feel better about doing in-person banking where historically I despise coming into a branch to do anything. AFCU Members should check out this location for getting things done!

Today it took an hour to go through the teller line and get new credit cards printed because my credit card number had been stolen. Any time of day the wait inside is horrendous. Also, i have been a member here for over 15 years, I was buying out the lease on my truck and asked AF to match a rate from another bank and they said “That bank is mot on our list of rate march banks”. I politely told them if they could not match the rate I was going to leave and go to the other bank for the loan. They said “you should probably do that”.
