The atmosphere is actually horrendous, your employees looked nervous and skittish and it made me feel bad for drinking my coffee, especially the women, and that is very concerning. I researched and saw the owners name is Matt, I don’t recommend working here or going here if that’s how he makes his employees feel. It was also kind of nasty in there. Def not worth it.

unprofessional and unfair company. fires employees with absolutely no warning and goes after the women for their clothing. management at this location sincerely needs to be looked at and reviewed. do not let your daughters work here , not like they’ll be hired long anyways. matt is an atrocious owner and i would recommend going anywhere but here.

sat in the drive thru for like 20 mins, there were 2 cars ahead of us, the drinks came out with the weirdest texture and when they took our order it took literally forever bc the person couldn’t hear us? my friend was right next to the speaker and the order taker asked her to repeat herself like 5 times. it took us 3 minutes to order 3 drinks (2 of which were literally the same drink just one without espresso) and when the caramel cielo came out it had the weirdest texture and all the flavor was at the bottom. just go to dutch bros or smth this is embarrassing ?

Sorry, when all you serve is drinks your drive-thru should move quickly. Been in a line of 4 cars for 20 mins now. Never coming here again.

*Manager tried his best to address issue. B&B is one of the only coffee places that still makes egg nog drinks and when fine correctly they're SO GOOD! So I put my stars higher for that reason. Unfortunately this location has just got a rough patch with subpar staff. *This used to be my go to location, they had the best drinks and people before! After today I'm not sure I even wanna go to any of the locations anymore.I'll start with my first visit of the day where Westin made me feel like I was not a good enough customer with the way he was trying to explain to me about scanning my beans code. He kept goofily scanning over and over until I offered that he could take the phone. I thought the transactuon was fine since he handed me my drinks and food.Once I left I realized the drinks were wrong and called to inquire if they'd gone to a premix woth the eggnog latte and was told they can make it by adding more egg nog and the lady offered to remake them for me.Which brings me to my 2nd visit to get the drinks replaced at which point Westin advises me i need to pull the app up again because he'd "refunded" my drinks which I questioned since the woman I'd spoke to said they'd be replaced. Then as I was rudely being told by him again on how to get to the code to pay again I said I didnt see a refund and it looks like he didn't charge it. Then he tried to tell me they can't scan 2 items which I stated he may need to have better training because their corporate recently advised me that they'd fixed that.It was at this point that he began to be rude in tone and attitude, said it was my fault that the transaction earlier hadn't I said I didn't even want the drinks anymore because he is being so rude and asked for his name. He refused at first and said I was rude on the first visit, on the phone call (that he didn't even take) and then he started to close the window in my face.Manager called and apologized. Thanks

I went in today to get something and was not greeted at all by an employee. What I did see/hear was a man working there yelling at someone at the drive thru window. He was standing next to another female that was just watching. I feel like the staffing there over the last 6 months has been horrific.

The Flys in this place are reminiscent of a street vendor in a third world country.All the napkin holders are empty. The expresso machines are SO load and so close to the order counter that you can't hear the gal behind the counter.If you're not "in the know" you're not really welcome.They have sandwiches call "b" which give you know idea what so ever is on them.Really kind of a sad concept for a business.

I've been here several times when I come to visit my family in Eagle Mountain and the food and beverages have been good for the most part and the customer service has always been very courteous. That being said, I am becoming less and less likely to choose this location when deciding where to stop for coffee/snacks in the future because the time the drive-thru takes is so consistently, puzzlingly long. I have never gone inside to order at this location - I have exclusively used the drive-thru, so I can't speak on that. However, I've used the drive-thru a good dozen or so times now, at varying times of the day and levels of busy-ness and neither of those factors seem to have much of an effect on how surprisingly long the visit takes each and every time. I've been at times when there is absolutely no one else in the drive-thru except for me, from start to end (time of arriving/ordering to time I received my order), and the wait time was still frustratingly long. I should add, I'm never ordering more than 1 or maybe 2 drinks at a time (if I'm getting something for my mom or my brother who I'm visiting) on each occasion. I've ordered food only 2 or 3 times on these visits and that seems to add to the wait time, which is of course understandable, but in my honest opinion, I can't really say that the service time is what I'd expect as a reasonable amount of time. I'm kind of surprised they haven't done something to improve upon this yet, as they've been open for quite some time now. Anyway, other than that, like I said, the staff are always extremely sweet and upbeat, which is a breath of fresh air sometimes, and the food and beverages are a fair value for the price and very tasty.*I forgot to add - one thing I also think is odd is that when you pay with a card in the drive-thru, they hand you this humongous clipboard to sign the receipt, and I find this to be a little outdated. I haven't been somewhere that I need to sign a paper receipt in so long. I understand it's probably a way for the employees to more likely get tips than if they don't have customers sign, and it's not exactly a complaint or an inconvenience, but just thought I'd mention it for people who haven't been before and trying to get an idea of what to expect. :)

Unacceptably slow over multiple occasions with no apology or explanation. Incorrect drinks. It’s unfortunate this is the only beans and brews in Saratoga. Terrible service.

Most incompetent staff of any B&B I've been to. Incorrect orders and extremely long waits for a single drink. Weekend staff is the worst.

Waste of my money! I ordered cold brew with white mocha and cold foam, handed it to me with no cold foam. I told them it was supposed to have cold foam, she told me she ‘forgot’. It also doesn’t have anything in it so I guess she forgot about that too. So you charged me for the extras I didn’t get! I did not order anything complicated, so I don’t understand how you mess that up! Then to get home and the sandwich I ordered was wrong too and had meat. So that was forgotten also. Took everything back and left my name and phone number to get a refund because those working couldn’t do it. So let’s see if they don’t forget that too!
