“We had rented an SUV from another state and ended up finding a nail in our tire. We fixed the flat and came into the Saratoga Springs Stagecoach location as it was closest to our hotel. Austin took care of us and swapped our vehicle out, even though it wasn’t in the same geo. Entire process took about ten minutes on this Saturday morning—and we were on our way. Great job by both guys—but only caught Austin’s name. 😎”
