Worst bank ever. One of the worst branches as well. Now I know why I never see anyone in there. $10 to cash a check from someone’s account that banks with them. The customer who wrote me the check was appalled and is going to bank somewhere else. Never been so irritated in my life. So frustrated that it cost them $10 to punch a few numbers and cash a check. Not to mention how rude the female teller was. I was booking over after I left this branch.

Honestly the friendliest banking staff I’ve ever dealt with! I asked if they had a drinking fountain and Danica brought me a water

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a business owner and every time I come in the blond girl in the front is always so rude to me. She always brushes me to the side. Every time I’m there I’m treated so rudely and disrespected. I don’t know why I can drive to Lehi and get treated so well down there but this branch always treats me so wrong I have never been treated so horribly. Take you business somewhere else!

I went in to talk to a banker to open accounts but the banker (Sarah Taylor)was too busy chatting with another coworker about personal stuff cuz I can hear the whole conversation... Another couple walks in and they stopped and asked what they can help with and had them go talk to the banker that I was waiting for for the last 5 mins. The other lady came and asked me what I needed and I said I was waiting for a banker and she said that the couple just needed to reschedule an appointment and would be right with me. I waited another 10 mins and still no help so I left. Maybe they judged based on my appearance that I’m not as important or something but either way, they will NOT be getting my business. Thanks for wasting my time! This was not the first time this has happened to me at this very branch.

I cannot recommend this branch and Chase bank enough! Madison (the manager) is very knowledgeable, professional, personal, and kind. From day one she has remembered my name and gone out of her way to help me! I have found my forever bank!

The branch manager (can't remember her name) was condescending and I was shocked to not get answers when asking, what I thought was, a simple question.I went to cash in a check for my org since I had done it back in June and she lmk that I couldn't since the org banked with Wells Fargo (which makes sense). HOWEVER, I asked how they had done it the previous time and she proceeded to say, "I have a lot of banking experience so Ik" blah blah blah. 1) That's wonderful, I would be concerned if as a bank manager you didn't have banking experience but 2) I was just wondering where money was pulled from last time I came to get a check cashed for my org, AND I didn't see it in my bank statements?I was also running late which I let her know but she was persistent to give me the rundown of why it didn't work and telling me all her banking experience. Would've been nice to work with someone with service experience who could just answer the question and maybe look into how that ever happened.

I wrote a $1,000 check to a chaise customer. The branch processed it for $10, and gave the customer $1,000, 4 months ago. It has $10 printed in the back of the check. They found the accounting error 4 months later and charged my account $990. I am not with chaise, so when I asked why it took them 4 months to process, they said at the branch you don’t have an account so we can not help you.

My recent experience with Chase Bank's merchant services for my business has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initiated a payment request from one of my clients using the Chase app, which had worked smoothly in the past. However, the trouble began when a payment that initially went through suddenly required verification, causing an entire week of delay. It was only after this lengthy verification process that I received an email confirming the deposit. However, the following day brought a devastating message: WePay, the merchant service linked with Chase, had canceled my account and was withholding the payment for a whopping 120 days. This essentially means they're keeping my money hostage for an extended period, and I can only request it back after this waiting period. This treatment strikes me as profoundly unjust. In my attempts to resolve the issue, I reached out to the branch manager, but regrettably, they couldn't provide any meaningful assistance. I also contacted Sarah Taylor, my business advisor at Chase, hoping for help. She made efforts to connect with merchant services but encountered unresponsiveness. While discussing my limited options, I mentioned the possibility of pursuing small claims court to retrieve my funds, and to my surprise, Sarah informed me that she had to cease our conversation due to the mention of legal action. Despite my longstanding relationship with Chase Bank, I have been met with unhelpfulness and a glaring lack of transparency regarding why they are holding my funds. Given my distressing experience, I strongly caution fellow business owners against using Chase Bank for merchant services.

The $300 bonus is a scam. I received the bonus code via email and made an appointment to go to the branch in person. I witnessed the banker, Jeremy Wright, type the code on his computer. 90 days later I have still not received my bonus even though I have met all the requirements. When I went to the branch the branch manager, Madison Beynon, asked to see the email. When I showed it to her she responded, "This is for online only." I pointed to the text in the email that clearly states, "OR make a meeting in-person." She's the "branch manager" and does not even know the details of Chase's promotional offers. Rather than saying she would speak to Jeremy to clarify what happened or accept my email and bank documents as proof, she said, "I cannot honor your bonus." I then asked, "You're not going to do anything even though I sat across your banker as he typed the bonus code when he opened the account for me?" She then offered to contact her boss. I have yet to hear back. I am so disappointed by this bank's false advertisement.

Tellers are very nice and friendly. The notary agreeded to meet for a job and when I told him I'd be a few minutes late for traffic. My appointment was at 430, and I walked into the bank at 432. He claimed it would take too long to finish the documentation before they closed and canceled on me. He knew I was signing closing documents for a house beforehand and agreed to the meeting. This made the process extremely... difficult. He then decided to complain about me in front of me to a coworker while I was in the bank. Don't agree to a job that you know is going to be long and cancel last minute.

I’m not one to write reviews but I had a very unpleasant experience with Sarah Taylor. I made an appointment to meet with her. She definitely seemed like she didn’t want to be there and tried finding every excuse under the sun to end the meeting. I came in multiple times and they kept telling me to open my account online. When I tried, it told me I had to come in. She didn’t want to let me open the student account although I met the criteria and then went on saying “I guess we can try….” Would recommend scheduling with someone more helpful who wants to be there. She was very short with me and unpleasant. As we were leaving yet again cause something didn’t work she said; “We’ll your baby’s cute, so… that’s good.” Very unprofessional.
