The optical section of this Costco is a joke every time I come here. Lines of people and they are all standing around one customer, no one paying attention to what's going on.

Kori Ulibarri was super helpful and she brightened my day. You can just tell when someone is truly interested in more than just doing her Job, she's an asset to the organization and your store in particular. Keep her happy, that's what she does for your clients!

The employees are rude to their customers at this location. We tried to enter the food area first before shopping and the door ladies were made us walk through the other door. Not bothered if that's the rule, but the tone of both door tender ladies was snippy and condescending. On another occasion I asked an employee about an item that they have always had in stock in a certain section, she was obviously annoyed when I asked if they had been moved to another part of the store. I just said never mind. Not impressed at all.

I'm reticent to post this review but there is something a bit off at this Costco. I've found the workers here to not being into their customers. From a direct feeling of disdain for the customer to managers claiming false information about warranties, even when corrected by their own employees. I blame management for the atmosphere created at this location. I've chosen to support any one of the other numerous Costcos in the area. I've always felt welcome and appreciated at the other stores. These people need to work on their people skills, or better yet, learn some!

Okay service, but pack a lunch because they aren’t fast. Tire rotation and balance takes at least a hour. Even with a scheduled appointment.

This place is ridiculous. I showed up ON TIME at 10:00 to have a single tire fixed (slow leak). There were multiple empty stalls. After nearly an hour of waiting and hearing nothing I finally approached the counter myself for an update - NOW they are working on my car and they tell me it will be another 15-20 minutes... I would have happily paid double to have been out of here in a reasonable amount of time. I should have checked other people's reviews before coming here. These people abuse your time and patience. They don't deserve your business...Edit: The morning after waiting over an hour an a half at Costco Tire to have a single tire "fixed" - it was low again. Instead of wasting my time with these jokers again, I instead went to Discount Tire (WITHOUT an appointment). Not only did Discount Tire ACTUALLY fix the leak (in much less time, despite being busy) - they didn't charge me for the work... I'll be going to Discount to get new tires in a few weeks.Take note Costco - when you treat your customers like you don't want their business, they'll oblige.

They scheduled our appointment for our new winter tires after two snow storms and like a week and a half after they received the new tires in their warehouse.The good thing is that I will be ready for the 2023.They didn't want me to schedule the appointment when I placed the order, and after they received the order, now they are taking more than a week to install them.Very disappointed, and way under the expectations.Never again.

I 100% trust and recommended Costco Tire Center, they are quick, knowledge, and friendly staff. Plus the Costco food court is nearby to sit and wait. I have always had a great experience! :)

2 hours and 20 minutes to change tires? It might be even more because I’m still waiting in here and haven’t heard anything from them. They are nice and they keep telling me it will be ready soon but nothing! I tried to stay very patient for the first hour and a half but now all my food is getting unfrozen and im still waiting for them to be done.

It is a long wait with nowhere to sit but staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I do like knowing actual prices and steady of getting a run around with specials and deals

The self service tire pump was awesome! No awkward pull up and waiting and it’s super easy to use. Always a plus with the nitrogen.

We are a family of 4 and use Costco for our non-perishable shelf items, their seasonal food and decor items, and most importantly their $1.50 hot dog and drink combo! Costco has an amazing return policy and great customer service. My little ones and I tend to find ourselves at Costco around lunch time to taste all of the free food samples as well.. We also use their eye center and pharmacy. Costs are super low for both, and the glasses are covered under a great "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee"!Their membership is completely worth it!
