If I could give it 1 star I would. The employees and management came across as uncaring and rude. Mainly the General Manager Kevin. He has a very negative attitude towards people asking him questions or for help. He pushed me and several others off onto someone else because he couldn't be bothered and after speaking to some other members they felt disrespected by him. If I was corporate I would definitely look into replacing him, he is clearly not suited for the level of power he holds at this store.

My kids live in Lehi, so we like to shop here when we are there. It is a nice new store and to us, has the benefit of not being as busy as other locations. I find the staff is friendly when I approach them. It's a small thing, but I like that the restrooms are located at the entrance to the long hallway rather than at the end. Makes it nice for an older guy. The water in the sink taps is always nice and warm. A great experience.

We have been going here for years using a membership card with my wife’s name on it, but today it is a problem. I obviously pay for the membership or I wouldn’t have the card. Just let me buy my damn groceries and be on my way. Be consistent or don’t enforce at all. Just ridiculous.

Kori Ulibarri was super helpful and she brightened my day. You can just tell when someone is truly interested in more than just doing her Job, she's an asset to the organization and your store in particular. Keep her happy, that's what she does for your clients!

Love everything about the Costco chain! This location seems to always have a line in the food court. I myself had quite the wait on my last visit. Everything else about here is fantastic. Clean, welcoming, and always a great place to shop

It is great and has good food and Items. It can be bit more organized and more directive when it comes where what is either on the app or in store. It takes time and effort to walk around the store and that time does not come back. There are lots of people waiting for a hotdog. Hot dogs are not that hard to make. They can definitely do better there to.

Multiple employees were snarky and rude to my spouse and he did nothing to deserve it. Management needs to reprimand those who work at the food court and who greet members for being impatient and rude. We understand that your day is busy, but those coming obviously have jobs too. We do our best to be kind wether or not we are at work and expect the same of you especially when you are being paid for a customer service position. Step up your game.

The employees are rude to their customers at this location. We tried to enter the food area first before shopping and the door ladies were made us walk through the other door. Not bothered if that's the rule, but the tone of both door tender ladies was snippy and condescending. On another occasion I asked an employee about an item that they have always had in stock in a certain section, she was obviously annoyed when I asked if they had been moved to another part of the store. I just said never mind. Not impressed at all.

It's Costco baby! I used to build refrigeration for Costco. This is the only one I've ever been to for a $5.50 whole Rotisserie Chicken! Sunday dinner is my favorite dinner of the week!

Everything was fine really good place but once we arrived at the checkout we were harassed and racially profiled by “Trinidad” she demanded to see our Costco membership and proceeded to ask who the membership belonged too. As if she was implying it was stolen. Then She wanted me to pay in a single transaction and I told her I need two transactions.I ended up talking to her supervisor and she was very nice. I couldn't see what the problem was.Trinidad was a very unprofessional. She needs training on how to approach people and talk to people.

I go here weekly and really feel the team here goes out of their way to help. I've been there at closing and have had a busy manager stop what he was doing to help me find something. This location is extremely busy but they keep it clean and well stocked. I really enjoy going to this location.

Costco was great, the variety of products was almost overwhelming. I was able to find all the meat, vegetables and fruits I needed for the meal I am going to have for my friends. I was also able to pick up some cookware I needed. I highly recommend Costco as the one stop shopping you need for supplies for summer parties,

Ugh. Just the thought of this place gives me anxiety. I will say this: I've always been pleased with the cleanliness, organization, product variety & availability at this location. However, for starters, the service is just OK at best, and if this was almost any other retail store, I wouldn't even mention it, but knowing what Costco employees get paid and what unparalleled benefits they receive in comparison, I feel pretty strongly that they should be providing a MUCH higher level of service to customers.Secondly, using the self checkout is one of the MOST irritating experiences imaginable. I am not an easily angered person. I tend to laugh off most things that could be considered "annoying" (vs. genuinely upsetting) but I'm a little embarrassed to admit I've walked out of this place feeling like I'm going to scream! Haha. First of all, an employee walks over almost every time & just starts scanning the big things in your cart, which I do appreciate to an extent because I understand they're trying be helpful & not make you lift the heavier items, but they should really leave a hand-scanner at every checkout as nearly every other US grocery store does on Earth: 2023. It makes me nervous that I'm going to get double charged for things because they'll scan things that aren't VERY OBVIOUSLY requiring to be scanned vs. picked up and swiped (example: pallet of water bottles? I would expect them to scan that. But like... a cantaloupe? or a gallon of milk? No.). They just come over and start scanning things all willy-nilly and it stresses me out like crazy. It also CONSTANTLY does that enraging thing that all self checkouts occasionally do where for no apparent reason or for putting something down that IT didn't properly estimate the weight of, they'll block you from doing anything and make you wait for an employee to come over and scrutinize everything you have like you're a shoplifter before either giving you the all-clear or a lecture about how you should modify YOUR behavior in order to appease the tempermental machine, as if you even care one iota about turning this into a learning experience for next time instead of just getting the *ahem* out of there. And do I dare get started on the other customers here? Ugh, I'm already this far. Maybe someone will benefit, might as well:There are 2 kinds of customers that come here, IMO, & obv I'm generalizing/joking (kinda) but it's just hard not to notice! There are the aggressive customers who won't hesitate to plow through everything standing between them & anything free and served in a tiny paper cup. If you didn't know any better, you'd assume some of them had just returned from being lost at sea, perhaps, or maybe even stuck in a 127 Hours-type situation, except for the fact that you just witnessed BOTH of their hands snatch a sample off of those prison-cafeteria trays with the speed and agility of Mr. Miyagi chop-sticking a housefly out of mid-air.Then, there are the ones who are completely unaware that anyone in the store (or perhaps the world) exists around them. The refrigerated produce section warrants a sort of unwritten, unspoken choreography. One enters at the right and joins the herd of generally continuous movement 'round the square at a respectable mosey - if one of the herd must stray, there are polite and undisruptive ways/areas to do so, but when THIS customer is hungry for a smoothie, the world halts for them. While their cart blocks anyone else from simultaneously shopping the same product, they examine each carton of strawberries in a state of tranquility & oblivion I haven't experienced since before I could chew solid food. In other areas of the store, one might encounter this customer enjoying the sample massage chair for no less than the run time of a Marvel film, or attempting to distract the Free Sample distributor with conversation and a little 'sleight of hand' to take advantage of that well-known but timeless loopho

3 people watched me lift heavy items from my cart at self-check out while they were holding their scanners talking to each other. If they were helping other customers that would be fine but they weren’t.

I'm reticent to post this review but there is something a bit off at this Costco. I've found the workers here to not being into their customers. From a direct feeling of disdain for the customer to managers claiming false information about warranties, even when corrected by their own employees. I blame management for the atmosphere created at this location. I've chosen to support any one of the other numerous Costcos in the area. I've always felt welcome and appreciated at the other stores. These people need to work on their people skills, or better yet, learn some!
