I never do these unless I’m thoroughly impressed. Needless to say I’m thoroughly impressed thanks to Carl at this location!! Customer service these days overall is awful but Carl has gone the extra mile for me and my family since the first time I came to this location!

I was so excited to have a new car wash right by my house! I drove through today, paid for the Ultimate (most expensive one), drove 1/2 mile home and got out to inspect. Boy!! Was i disappointed!!! The back of my car was still filthy! It didn't clean it at all! I won't be going back.
