I called ahead on a Saturday morning to be sure they had enough cash available to buy a used car. They did so I went in and asked for the cash but Normandy seemed perturbed to have to open another teller because the lines were long but she did. She refused to count the cash out to me and said the machine counted it twice. She waited while I counted out the second batch. Not a smile from her or anything friendly at all to say. She did mentioned she was from Oregon and insisted she did not have a Utah accent. Although it was hard for her to speak clearly she did manage to eventually get the correct amount of cash. I asked why she needed to know where I worked and why I had to give her my job title. She refused to explain and only said a form was required. Most MACU branches are closed on Saturday and I would have preferred a cashiers check but the seller wanted cash.

Seriously fix your ATM, this is the fourth time I have shown up at this location and the ATM isn't working. I work hours that don't allow me to deposit during business hours. This is getting ridiculous.

I love MACU. I bank with various banks and credit unions, and I have found MACU to be responsive and helpful on both personal and business banking. We were just in today at the Saratoga Springs location to set up a business account, and Becky was incredibly helpful! I highly recommend them.

ATM never accepts deposits, and is very picky on withdrawals. If you work during bank hours, (9-5, like most regular people), just accept that this bank will be utterly useless to you. It always says “Unable to process transactions”

I love MACU but this location is the worst! I go out of my way not to come to the Saratoga Springs location. Currently There are 10 people in line waiting to be helped, and there are 5 MACU employees behind a closed teller station just talking and not helping their members. This is a joke! The branch manager needs to do something about the poor service here.

The guys are the pinnacle of incompetent. We've tried to change our automatic payments but they never get it right. They will only let you know about payments after you are long overdue. These guys are the worst banking institution I've ever had the displeasure of worjing with. STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. I went to the atm and the atm took my money there were lots of technical difficulties. They kept telling me that the money was going to be in my account within 24 to 48 hours. Next thing I know it’s been 3 week and I still haven’t gotten my money. I went in one last time and they only gave me back not even half my money because they said the atm didn’t have the money left over. THIS IS REDICULOUS and no one should bank with this place.

This is a good bank overall, clean location, friendly/helpful staff, and quick service. My only complaint is the ATM is constantly out of order or some functions are down for moths on end.

No real problems inside but this has been the third time their ATM outside has been unable to take deposits or do withdrawals, which is what ATMs are for.

I love this bank (MACU) but the Saratoga spring ATM (ATM) is always having problems, most of the time it's not working, I honestly know what happens there, inside the bank the girls are super friendly and attentive, willing to help you always . Another reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the bank doesn't open on Saturdays, if I need anything I need to go to American fork.

Becky was hands down the best banking person I’ve ever dealt with. I transferred to Mountain America and was kind of uncertain about changing banks but she informed me so much and helped me and my wife make some good decisions that will help us in the future in banking.
