"CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS CLOSELY" Not sure what's going on with their business practices and/or merchant account, but was erroneously charged a different "higher" amount than what was on the receipt. This happened not once but twice on consecutive days in Aug 2023. With proof of receipt VISA Chargeback services corrected it on both occasions.

Was a good restaurant. Not anymore. It's gross. Over the past few years they changed suppliers or something and it's just not what it used to be.

Pooch cuts is the absolute best place to take your dog for grooming. My dog has high anxiety and they take the absolute best care of him. They ensure that he comes at a time when there’s not a lot of other dogs, and always make sure that one of the owners are the ones to groom him. We will never take our dog anywhere else.

05/22/2023: Prior to taking our 8 month old mini Aussie Bella in for her first grooming appointment I let the person over the phone know that Bella was my husbands PTSD Service Dog. She told me the best time for Bella to come in is 8 am so she could be the first doggy in and they’d be able to get her out the quickest so she could get back to my husband quickly. Mike read the instructions \u0026 photos I sent with my husband and did exactly what I envisioned! Mike was able to get Bella out quickly without sacrificing any quality work. I am so so so impressed with Mike that we will be only going to him!! Thank you Mike SO much!!!

My pup had the bath and brush package and they did a fantastic job at an unbeatable price! Will definitely be coming back.

The chain expands. The new restaurant in Saratoga Springs has the standard menu. We enjoyed the food and the service. Two things will improve the experience from my perspective: 1. change the music loop to a more subtle sound because the current one does not encourage a relaxed meal (maybe you want to get rid of us fast?) or at least turn it down because the 6 of us had a hard time visiting with the music constantly interrupting. 2. Do something with the restroom because it seemed old and messy even though it’s brand new.

This is the very first time I've ever taken my dog to get groomed or bathed (done it myself), and I just moved here, and I have to say they did absolutely amazing! I was worried that my boy would be a problem but they assured me he was great. His undercoat is so much lighter, he seems so much more relaxed. His body language when I picked him up was relaxed. The staff is amazing! Very sweet and kind, and understanding to the questions! I will definitely be taking my boy and any other dog if I get another, right here! Thank you for your kind nature and knowledge ??

They do a great job with my pup, she always comes back looking adorable, and barely traumatized at all, which is really saying something since she is the biggest scaredy-dog on the planet. I previously posted a review where i mentioned a billing issue i had experienced on my most recent visit. The owner of was really quick to call me and explain what had happened, what I had misunderstood, and offer to remedy the issue. Like really quick, within an hour of posting the review. They are on top of it, customer experience is obviously very important, and their customer service is top-notch. This is important in a business that we place so much trust in, leaving our furry friends with them. I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars, I am super impressed. I really appreciate that they care about my experience and I feel very much valued as a customer. I will definitely keep bringing my pup here! Thanks, guys!

Stop looking for other grooming places. This is the place. I've been going here for years and never once have I had a negative experience. EVER. These people know my dogs more than I do. They know what they need and they make it happen. Super impressed. I think I'll start getting my haircut and wash here... along with my kids.

Do NOT take your dog or puppy here. They will charge you to keep your pet in a kennel for FIVE hours or longer with no real explanation, on top of not completing the service you booked for. Understaffed and so unprofessional. Really unfortunate. The owner became extremely defensive and rude after calmly explaining an issue we had with the appointment. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Truly disappointing service. I'm sure she will respond to this review trying to explain herself and blame my non-aggressive 8lb puppy, but the negative reviews couldn't be more accurate. The worst part is how rude she was to me. Don't take your pets here if you value your time or money.

We have been going here for over 2 years and absolutely love them. Such a friendly staff and great with my fur babies. I would highly suggest pooch cuts to all my friends and family!

Prices are too high. $85 for an 8lb yorkie is absurd. When trying to schedule, a child always answers or returns the call. An adult doesn't get on the phone to answer actual questions. Been using groomers for my pup for years and very disappointed with how this place conducts business. The response to my review is proof enough the business isn't ran very well. The owner is defensive when someone is dissatisfied. I wasn't rude on my call but a child can't answer everything. I didn't try to schedule again AFTER trying to get information on how cancelations work. The fact I wasn't able to respond to the owner's post after his rant is unprofessional. Note to owner: ALL reviews for services and prices reveal a lot. As for me not being \"welcomed back\", well I'm sure I stated I wouldn't return! Remember bad business practices news travels fast. Being honest and being rude are completely different. I hope you listen to the customers who rate the business low. There's a reason.

The food was good with the exception of the hush puppies which were over cooked. Staff was friendly. It’s a little cramped inside but kept clean.
