This is my first time in this location because I just move to this area. I send stuff to my friends in las vegas which is 3 perfumes and 8 lipsticks, buy unfortunately my friend only received 2 perfumes and 8 lipstick. But when I talk to them they just told me there is nothing we can do about it. They said maybe the perfume got damaged but there is no sign of leaking on the paper bag I wrap to my perfume but it’s ripped. So I don't know where is my stuff go. They repackage my box and put more paper to it but 1 Hermes perfume is missing in my package. Thats all I can say. I been sending stuff to my friends I never had this problem at all .

I shipped a package from this UPS Store using their one-day guaranteed delivery service. The employee clearly told me that if it was late, I would get a full refund. Unfortunately, my package was delivered four days late, and when I requested a refund, I only received part of the amount back. They kept the fuel surcharge and said it is not refundable.
This was very misleading because I was promised a full refund at the store. If there are exceptions like fuel charges, the staff should be upfront about it at the time of purchase.
If you just need to return your Amazon packages, this store is fine. But for mailing services or time-sensitive shipments, I recommend using FedEx or another provider—at least they’re more transparent with their policies.
I spoke to the store manger Kaleb and senior employee Danny. Both refused to give a full refund. UPS claims one-day delivery has an 100% money-back guarantee if late, but that’s not true. They don’t refund the fuel surcharge, so the guarantee is misleading.

Insisted I use the Amazon self return when I needed to purchase a box for it. Awful service. I will go someplace else.

We went in to this UPS store for help with printing in preparation for our child's birthday party. It was busy, but Michaela took the time to carefully walk us through sizing and quality options, answering questions with patience. We also had a bunch of square tokens that needed cutting after being printed. This was a ton of very fiddly work, but Michaela offered to take care of it as well. She did an incredibly neat job and even caught up with us as we went out the door to give us the pieces that had been missed because they got stuck under the machine. Thank you again for all the help Michaela!

Every time I come here I am extremely impressed with the service and the staff. They often have a line, but you don’t have to wait long because the workers are so so fast, efficient. The staff at this location are all extremely kind as well. Today I saw them offer an older woman a chair and a water while she was waiting in line and while completing her business. After she completed her business, they also assisted her to her car! I’m super impressed with this store, and will continue to do my business here with these kind and hardworking employees.

I had a scope I needed to ship back to the manufacturer. Upon being asked what I was shipping, I was met with a we don't have a license to ship that excuse. The manager then told me anything firearm related also needed a license to ship, which they did not have. While this is both ignorant and a load of bull, and UPS has no such policy, this seems to be a personal policy of the business. I cannot in good faith support any business that is afraid of anything shooting sports related and would not stand with me on things relating to my Constitutional rights. This is what the world has come to. I won't bother EVER coming here again and anyone that has my same beliefs should do the same. Godspeed to you and your business.

Very friendly staff, even when they are dealing with a seemingly endless line of impatient patrons trying to return (for free) the Amazon junk they changed their mind about.

We were notified last night you had received a package for us which a vendor mistakenly sent to you instead of our address. We came in today to pick it up. You charged me two days rent $14. That is a scam. If we have no way to know it’s there, we can’t be responsible to pick it up. You were closed when we received the message. I was told it was policy. Bad Policy

I went into this store today and was very impressed with their employees. Adam was the one who helped me today, and he was very patient and friendly with me. I had to print some things off and he helped me through every step. Will definitely be back!

This UPS store has to be the busiest in the state but they are so quick to get you in and out an on your way. We have had to drop packages off many times for tenants who have items shipped to their storage units and can't believe how well trained the staff is and the speed at which they do their jobs. Great work!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!Dishonest. I had a package delivered for pick up. (Which I had done several times in the past) and I was told when I went to pick up it would be a $14 fee due to them holding it for 2 days. I was told it was the shippers fault not their’s. This is extremely dishonest and wrong. I had to get this package due to it being a graduation gift. I will never use this location again and I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and the FTC due to charging for a service that is not advertised anywhere on their website.

I've spent very little time in this particular store due to how quickly I've been taken care of every time I stop in for something. Today it was Kaleb who went above and beyond. He was super kind, patient, knowledgeable, and a great example of top-notch customer service. Thanks Kaleb and the rest of the nice folks working at this Saratoga Springs location!
