O.M.Geeee!! I cannot get enough of Jordan. He knows that I believe COVID is real, and as soon as he saw me, he IMMEDIATELY, and I mean p.d.q. (pretty damn quick), put his mask on. I’m so thankful for the way he saved my life that day. I cannot say more…Coin shortage is real.

Connor and Jordan are the best personal bankers I've had in my 20+ years in America. They know me by name and are always happy to see and assist me. Super cool dudes, and very knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with Conor Maher, came in the day before 30 minutes before close looking to open an account, and he scheduled me for an appointment the next day. I came in today, and because of traffic arrived about 40 minutes earlier than I’d planned. Still came right over and helped, and even remembered my name after only having talked for a free minutes the day before! Super friendly and personable, and made great casual conversation to fill the otherwise tense/awkward silence. Best service I’ve ever received from a bank! Hope he gets recognized for his good work.

Went in today to get some cash for a fun day out and was refused service by Jordan, never in my life have I gone into my bank and been REFUSED service. Jordan was so mean and unhelpful, I ended up just using the ATM but I will be closing out my account next time I go in and switching banks!!!

I tried to deposit $500 in cash. Now I have to wait 10 days for the money. I went to the ATM to deposit $500 in cash to make a time sensitive transaction online. My friend drove to a US Bank in Spokane to deposit some of the money I needed, and I drove 10 miles to go to this one to deposit $500 in cash. I walked by the tellers, and put the money into the ATM like I always do, and waited. It was taking a long time, and I looking at the machine. Then I saw a sticky note on the top of the machine, "ATM is not taking cash deposits". I thought I may be screwed, but little did I know the extent. I told the teller about the problem, and he kindly ignored me. There were no customers at the time. I then called the 800 number that was on the receipt. I had to listen to the recorded message, "If you are calling about a stimulus payment...." why any bank would subject their customers to that message is beyond me. They will make 98 customers listen to a useless and long message to weed out 2 calls. After 3-5 minutes, someone finally got on the line just as the teller decided not to ignore me anymore, and came around to speak to me. So I mistakenly told the phone banker I was getting help. The teller said they can determine how much I put in, and credit my account. Great. I waited for that to happen, and after 10 minutes, the same teller told me to call the number I had called before. I did this, and had to subject myself to that stupid recording again. 3-5 minutes later, an online banker got on the phone and told me I would have to wait 10 days for my deposit. It is my expectations that the bank reconcile that ATM at that moment. It is my expectation that the branch and the bank do whatever they can at that moment to rectify their mistake. They didn't. The ATM Machine should have been turned off. It was still doing withdrawals, but the pain of cancelling one deposit, (and because there was a note there, it must have been two deposits), is so great that the inconvenience of having their customers deal with the tellers for their banking should have overridden the decision to keep it running. When a deposit of $500, or even just $20, is not handled, the bank tellers should do everything to handle the situation. There was no manager there. The teller should have said, "Wait here while I call the region manager." When I walked by the tellers to go to the ATM, they should have stopped me and asked if I was depositing cash. The tellers just watched this train wreck happen. I asked the tellers for the region manager's name and number, and they said they would not provide it. They gave me the branch manager's card. US Bank did an awful job of taking care of this situation. I am stuck with them for a few weeks, but I will be leaving them shortly.

I love the service I get when I go here. They definitely deserve my business. They are a nationwide bank that acts like they are just our neighbors.

Very unethical, dishonest and rude employees. All 3 of them looking in my face and lied to me by saying that day don't have the amount that I was requesting also they did same thing few days ago that they don't have that amount. I have noticed that they all have been lieing to me then I demanded to talk to their manager. after my demand they came up with the amount that I've requested. If they don't apologize with in 24 hours I'm moving my account to a different bank

I love the Redwood Road US Bank branch in Saratoga Springs! They've been helping me since we moved back to Utah. They are friendly, they're always happy to see me and very helpful. They work on building old fashioned relationships with their clients and there is nothing that makes me feel better about putting my money there.

Did something change from all these reviews? The branch manager was kind but everyone else I've worked with had been rude and short with me. They also have offered a promotion that ended up not being as advertised, withheld information that messed with my eligibility on the promotion and then claimed their hands were tied and they have no way of helping me for two months in a row. Will definitely be discouraging business from U.S bank in the future.

Very sad that after 14 years of having account with US BANK the manager that was presented, reject my license saying that it is not valid as document Mr. Bryson needs more ethics and less racism to say that manager of a bank branch is not good business You for US BANK,will now look for another bank where. Not racism
