Would not recommend any Walgreens pharmacy. This was the last straw. I was only given a half a months supply for my last fill and wasn’t informed that they didn’t have enough for the full month. I didn’t realize until I noticed that the bottle was empty way too soon. When I tried to refill it online it wouldn’t process because it said that it was too soon to fill despite the bottle being empty. When I called the pharmacy I was told that she was unable to assist me and put me on hold for 15 mins before someone hung up on me. I then called back and was put on hold with no conversation just to once again be hung up on after a couple of minutes. Then I called back and got a different person who also told me there was nothing he could do and had no sympathy or apologies for any of this and told me he’d have to transfer my call again. Luckily I got through to the next person who was able to help me. I’ve had a problem with my prescription refills almost every time and have spent way too much of my time on the phone/on hold with this company. I’ll be picking up this prescription and then I’ll be transferring mine and my family’s prescriptions to a different pharmacy that isn’t going to waste my time the way that Walgreens has. Apparently they have more business than they need and can’t be expected to have good customer service or to be accurate with their prescription refills.

Absolutely trash pharmacy, not helpful at all, been trying to transfer prescription for 3 days straight now and they just put blame on the transferring pharmacy (that hasn't received the request this Walgreens was supposed to send).

I come here about once per month. Plan on spending at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru.

This review is specifically for the female pharmacist working today on March 16. I could not believe the lack of care or customer service on her end. She absolutely refused to speak with me or my son’s doctor who I had on speakerphone to make a quick change from brand-name to generic for my son’s medication. Although I could literally see her through the glass, she would only “communicate” with me through the pharmacy tech. He would have to walk back-and-forth only to keep telling me that she refused to help me because “she’s busy” and would not speak with my doctor even though their phone system refused to take the doctor’s call on four different tries. It would have been such a quick simple fix and she refused to help. I am completely disgusted with this pharmacist, I wish I would’ve got her name. She was absolutely useless. Now I am having to go through the process of refilling this prescription at a completely different pharmacy.

Sarah was great - she's a sweetheart! Appreciate everything she did for me.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Was on the phone with them, didnt even know they had picked up, and all I hear was mumbling. When I asked them to repeat they simply yelled, HELLO? HELLO? Impatiently. They kept talking over me, not letting me answer the questions THEY asked. After repeating that my prescription was ready for a second time, me not hearing it the first, they aggressively hung up without saying a word! Moving pharmacys ASAP!

Never have medication in stocks. Have LOST controlled prescriptions twice. I can never speak to anybody on the phone about medications - I'm just referred to the "dispensing" pharmacy which never picks up.If another pharmacy accepted my insurance I would go there in a heartbeat. Walgreens pharmacies are a waste of time. Especially this one. And sadly, that will not change even with feedback.

The pharmacy staff have been helpful but the wait times are discouraging. The drive-through line is usually long. Inside is hit-or-miss.

Terrible pharmacy peopleThey are rude, hang up on you, park you on hold before answering the phone. Never notify you if your insurance denies a medication. I'm moving all of my medications to Smith's! Friggin dingholes!

Walgreens is cheaper than other pharmacies, but their employees don't know what is going on. They can't deliver medication in a timely manner. I would look elsewhere if I were you

100% terrible service by the staff at the pharmacy today. I take shots of medicine and the doc still had 4 weeks of medicine (4 shots) for me. He sent in 12 more weeks of shots and charged me. So essentially, I have 16 weeks of renewal. The pharmacy filled 10 weeks worth of the new prescription in one vial and told me I’d lose 2 shots because they can’t do more than 10 weeks. I asked about the other 4 shots from the previous prescription and she said I can’t do those because of her system. They can’t combine them. Basically, I’d lose 6 shots! And oh well to the amount I have to pay the doctor…. $25 a shot! A $150 loss to me, and I basically got an attitude of oh well, sorry nothing I can do.I had to come up with the solution. Why don’t you wait for the original prescription to be filled and put my new prescription up next in line after that! I had to teach this to the lady on the phone. Not a care in the world, to waste someone’s value and throw it out the window like that. Unfortunately they take my insurance and/or goodRX. Any ideas on a new pharmacy would be nice!

The pricing is outrageous at this pharmacy, my medication that is typically $10-20 at my normal pharmacy was $68.97 at Walgreens! How! I needed it that day, and my pharmacy was out of that medication so here we are. Don’t come here if you don’t have to.

This is a 5 star review for the pharmacy staff, but a 1 star review for Walgreens. The pharmacy staff is amazing and have always been very helpful, kind, and caring, but the wait times are absolutely crazy at most times of the day. The staff are great and they all deserve a raise and a larger team so they aren’t overworked, and can provide more prompt service to Walgreens customers. Do better Walgreens corporate. Pay your employees fairly, and let your stores hire more people so your employees aren’t stressed and can help more customers. You are losing customers because of long wait times.

Completely unhelpful and unable to give Sudafed through drive through. Tried to tell me it was illegal when really they just have a store policy. Very rude.

I'm done with Walgreens as a whole, but this particular location was my breaking point. I've waited 45 minutes in the drive through only to be told my medication wasn't ready (after I had received a notification that it was). The drive through window microphone is essentially impossible to hear. Despite saying that 3 of the vaccinations I needed were available on the website only one of them actually was there. I arrived for my appointment about 30 minutes early and needed every second of it, as it took 45 minutes to get the paperwork that I had previously done online sorted out. The staff was poorly trained and a manager had conversation with another employee in front of me without actually speaking to me at all.
