Prescription pick up is a joke. Plan on waiting an hour even though your prescription shows ready for pick up.

The pharmacy has got to be one of the biggest jokes. I sat in line outside for 45 minutes yesterday. To see that the window had a cover over it, they helped a little old lady and must have set the sign out. Came inside along with all the others who waited, another 30 minutes. Then to be told my prescription that Walgreens called to inform me was ready for pick up was actually, “denied by my insurance and then through GOODRX and I would need to pick it up the following day so it had time to process”. I call back today and after waiting on hold, getting through, I am then immediately being hung up on. I call back, finally get connected with someone who continues to interrupt me, corrects my spelling of my doctors name, proceeds to tell me it’s the provider that denied it (not my provider that sent the medicine over) then transfers me to a line I am hung up on. I don’t know who is running things over there, but it sounds like not a damn concern on Walgreen’s end. Do better.

I truly can not believe this place. I have type one diabetes. Unfortunately my life relies on insulin and proper medical devices. I have called now 3 times to only get hung up on and put on hold for 39 plus minutes… this is so unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE. You can not be that busy that is your staff has hung up on me twice and I’ve been on hold for 30 plus minutes! Hopefully I make it through the next 24 hours I need my medication…

every time i fill a prescription here, without a doubt there has been some sort of issue. i have to call multiple times and eventually one person will take the energy to figure out the problem.

The pharmacy has good communication, generally has pretty good stock and friendly staff. Pretty well organized. Only complaint is I find it morally wrong and very cringey that it asks you for a tip when you pay for the out of pocket part of your already overpriced medication you need to live as if it’s equivalent to a fun night out to Applebees or the hair salon. ?

I like this Walgreens. Staff is always friendly, and I am notified when my prescriptions are ready. I would give it a 5, but there is often a wait (15-20 minutes) if you come at a busy time.

This location is the worst. I rather drive to Lehi than to deal with how unorganized the Sarah are here. Don’t fill your prescription here. Seriously just drive to Lehi.

People are giving bad reviews without realizing this Walgreens has experienced tremendous pressure and customers due to the explosive growth of Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain. Most reviewers apparently have not lived in the Saratoga area very long. I've been here 15 years. Before the insane influx of people to this area, this Walgreens served us all well. Not their fault they now need another location in this area now to help stem the tide. We've gone from about 10,000 people in this area to about 30,000 including both Saratoga and Eagle Mtn. So give 'em a break.
