The staff here is amazing. I have had several good experiences filling my prescriptions here. Just barely they went out of their way to make sure my eye drops were ready before they closed so that I could have them for my LASIK appointment early the next day, before they would be open again. HUGE life saver!!

Please stop giving this company your time and money. It's truly incredible how bad this pharmacy is. I have never picked up a prescription without some kind of issue. There was a new "problem" every single time I went in without fail. By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Also, they quite literally never answer their phone so don't bother calling.

I am only sharing this so that Wallgreens hopefully fixes it ASAP. When I fill my prescription I understand that they print the label whatever day they fill it (even if the insurance won't cover it yet). In the app it should tell me the day that it was actually picked up (not the day they filled it), so that I know when I can pick up my next refill! The app says "Your prescription is ready for pick-up", and with the limited information I have available to me, it looks like I can pick it up. So I go there and wait for 30 mins in line and they tell me "It's not able to be picked up for 3 more days..." It's super frustrating that everything looks good and says ready... but it's not! Please update the app to not say READY, until you're physically "able" to pick up the medication. It would help your customer experience big time!

This is the worst pharmacy. The people are nice but they are so understaffed. The lines are ridiculously long every time I come. Today I sat in the drive through line for 20-30 minutes only to finally get to the window and see they put a sign up saying they closed the window due to low staff and to come inside. The line inside is all the way down an isle. Please get them more staff!!

I wish I could say zero stars never send a prescription here. Horrible service and staff and you have to call multiple times because you'll sit on hold her 15 min and then they will hang up on you.

Bad photo experience. Dropped off two disposable cameras to get developed and they gave me 1 ticket each, and said they will take 2 weeks and that they wont charge me for the bad photos. No problem. Called them when it was time, they said they were ready. I show up with my two tickets, and the girl refused to see them, saying she just needed my cell number. Okay. I give it, she gives me an envelope, and i pay upfront and leave. When i get home I noticed they gave me only half of my photos and some of them were poor quality/not worth being processed. I call back, and they said they did have the other envelope too, they just didn’t give me it, or see i had another package. Ridiculous. This wouldn’t have happened if they looked and saw i had two tickets, or read my profile correctly on the computer. Then they told me that they do charge for the bad photos too: not a big issue, but definitely not what they said when i dropped off the cameras.Very frustrating. At least the girl i talked with on the phone was very nice.

Don’t use them for your prescriptions, if you have any questions whatsoever or need to speak with someone they only know how to put you on hold. I was on hold for over an hour, called twice both different times of day. Impossible to get anything done. Now I’ll have to drive down to the store to hopefully speak to someone useful.

On 10/26, I visited this Saratoga Springs Walgreens location to receive vaccines. When I arrived the location, I waited in line to be seen. To my surprise, not one of the pharamacy employees greeted me nor explained to me that they would attend to me at some point. I stood in line with no one in front or the back of me for three minutes without being acknowledged. At white woman going through the drive thru was helped before me, although, I had been waiting long before she was there.So, I approached the counter without being prompted to come up and asked why I hadn't been acknowledged and served. The pharmacist then pretended to act like he did not who was responsible for making sure I was helped. As I approached the counter and asked the pharmacist about the wait, a white man approached the line and was immediately greeted and helped. Consequently, I informed the staff there that I would not be recieving my vaccines there and that I would contact store management/corporate to escalate this issue. I was given the the store manager's contact information, to which I contacted her as I was sitting in the parking lot. I demanded that this issue be raised up the chain of command given the disappointing, disrespectful, and humilating experience I encountered while visiting this location.The store manager was "apologetic" for the matter and informed that she would look into what occurred at the location. She reviewed the footage and called me back following the incident. While the store manager acknowledged that I was not helped at all by the pharmacy employees, she made several excuses for their poor behavior/customer service stating that the employees "were busy". Unfortunately, the store manager was dismissive of my experience by stating "I truly do not believe that this is a racist incident", reducing the incident to employees being "busy" and seeking to justify it by mentioning that there was man of color who was working at the counter at the time. The store manager's response lacked sensitivity and maturity to the fact that I experienced and witness white people recieve help BEFORE me. Further, the store manager does not have experience with dealing with racism, so how would she know?The reviews here consistently report that there is a serious problem with customer service at this location. Does Walgreens not care? Secondly, do employees at this location recieve training to navigate issues of race and racism? I am sure their Black CEO would not appreciate knowing that employees (especially non-people of color) are dismissive of patrons experiences of racism. Consequently, I will NOT patronize this location ever again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Jackie at the register was terrible! I couldn't get my Walgreens app to work. She told me that I need to learn how to use my phone And proceeded to call me annoying. I asked for the manager. manager came over and Jackie called me annoying again with the manager standing right there. The manager didn't say anything. What a terrible way for employees to treat customers. It was disrespectful and belittling. I will not be shopping here again.
