Walmart here in Saratoga is very racist I'm a Latina and everytime I go there to pay my stuff there's a lady always standing next to me and almost handing me all my stuffs, she's very intense and annoying, she is Latina too and that's the odd part, anyways this happens EVERYTIME I go there, are these instructions from the manager? To keep an specific eye on us? The brown people? That's how it feels everytime, sanely it's the closest to me, and I'm getting tired of it

I have been here to pick up orders through the Uber app twice now. The first time the employees told me they didn't have the order and no one was going to get it. That was after waiting for 30 minutes. The 2nd time I waited for 30 minutes before I finally called to find out wth was going on and they acted like they had no idea and then I waited more. DO NOT do Walmart pick up. I will never accept an order to pick up groceries again.

I typically hate shopping at Walmart to begin with. The customer service typically sucks, and you are kind of left to run loose on your own when you need help. Plus, this particular location always seems to be a mess. Well, today was even extra bad. I was on the hunt for boys swim wear, which seems straight forward given that it is the middle of July... And while there was girls swimwear everywhere, I couldn't find anything in boys. So I patiently waited as two employees finished their conversation so that I could ask for some direction, only to be literally laughed at by one of the employees. And met with "It's fall, we don't have swim wear for boys anymore. You're about three months too late!" Look I get it, retail tends to be one season forward. But seriously!? For one, it's not fall, it's July. And how hard would it have been to just say that they were out of stock?? Having someone laugh in your face is just about the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced. I really hate shopping here. It's worth your time to just head to Target or Smiths instead.

I would Rate them -10 if I could. Did a grocery pickup. Said it was delayed, hours later finally said it was ready. When I went to pick it up I sat waiting for 45 minutes. No one came. So I went inside. Very rude, moldy food. Had to go through all the food to take out the bad. another customer came in and they were rude, dismissive and he had the same problem I was having. Wanted to cancel. Couldn't. So he like I, was stuck with no groceries, and no way to cancel the order Horrible experience.

It's probably really funny for me to be reviewing WalMart...But I feel like this WalMart was slightly better than the rest last time I visited. The first time I visited, there was a mile long line and everyone had to use self checkout. The place was an absolute disaster; there was more pallets in the aisles than there are fish in Utah lake. Granted, it was sorta almost closing time but I was amazed at how unorganized and chaotic it was. This was just a normal evening, not Black Friday. However, I visited WalMart again in the middle of June and it was for an order pickup. I just got one thing but I had never used the order pickup before. I pulled up to a spot and it was pretty self explanatory. You needed to call the number posted at your parking spot and tell them what order you were here for and what spot you're in. It really stuck with me how nice the lady who answered the phone was, as well as the gentleman who gave me my order. They were both super super friendly, especially for Walmart.

I am a black man. I bought a hat, I put it on and went to my car. I forgot an item in the store so I went back and purchased it at the self check out. A rude Walmart worker asked me did I buy the hat? I said yes of course or I would not be wearing it. And then she reached out and touched my hat and swung the price tag around. Then she said do you have a receipt. I said don't touch my head again and said yes I do have a receipt. She got upset by my response and said don't get an attitude with me. I said don't touch me again, please leave me alone here is the receipt. I reported her to her manager but she didn't seem to care so I return the hat and got my money back because I don't want no racist touching me. Saratoga springs Walmart is racist and they need to weed-out those malicious, spineless jerks off their workforce. Being that she laid a hand on me, I could file a police report for simple assault or if I was armed, I could have stood my ground. What a ugly day at Walmart Saratoga springs.

Plenty of parking spaces and easy to get to. It was cleaned and there were employees restocking. I thought stores were supposed to restock after hours, but that's forgivable. As long as they have items out. They had everything I needed at a very affordable prices. It is my go to place if I need to get anything.

I used to like this store but since they now require masks i can no longer go. I have asthma and everytime i have a mask on for 10 mins i end up having to sit on my nebulizer for an hour! They used to not enforce it which was great but not anymore! I tried to talk to an employee about the ADA and having reasonable accommodations so i am able to shop there and he was very staunch with me telling me to wear a mask or get out. I was calm trying to explain to him and he just kept pointing to the door telling me i need to leave. I was trying to buy a couple bins because were moving and you cant get a good enough picture of what they will hold without seeing them so curbside pickup only works to a certain degree. The employee was very demeaning and i felt very belittled. I wish people could understand that not all of us are able to wear masks. People need to remember that the freedom of choice is the blanket solution. Never/Can't go back till something changes.

Their pick-up here is TERRIBLE!! They gave our order to someone else and kept telling us we already got our order. After an hour of waiting and asking for a manager, some 14 year old girl walks out (the manager I guess) and gives us a refund. We still had no groceries though. They basically forced me and my sick 4 month old baby to go into the store and do it ourselves. This is what we were trying to avoid in the first place. This is why you don't leave a bunch of 13 yr olds in charge of something like this. Get your sh*t together, Walmart.

Was astounded by the rude PA message, "Walmart customers, it is now 8:30 and we are now closed. You should no longer be shopping." What happened to customer service skills? Wow. Shop elsewhere if that is Wa-mart's new attitude.

I purchase the online pickup groceries weekly, have done for years. Found I was missing a $10 bundle of paper towels from last weeks order. The CS rep on the phone denied refund as I was a week notifying them. My bad, I simply did not realize I didn't get the until I was making my list this week. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there and they think I would steal $10 bucks from them? Wow.... anyway Smiths offer the same service and I'm going to try their service going forward. I wonder if anyone at Walmart would research how much I spend there weekly and analyze if I would try to take them for 10 bucks...? What a goofy bunch, they don't need me as a customer anymore! Order number was 7310204502348. Keep the 10 bucks....

I. LOVE. THIS. WALMART!!! It's clean and organized and has a huge selection. I do all my grocery shopping there and find it's always the lowest prices. I have done grocery pick up too and have only had an issue once where something wasn't in my order. I love the convenience of grocery pick up and the employees are always friendly. I like that there are so many self check outs in this Walmart, making shopping a quick and easy process. They usually have a decent amount of cash registers open too. After amazon, this is where I shop for things the most because the prices are so good. I also think they have pretty cute stuff nowadays for clothes and decor - not quite Target level but still super good for what Walmart used to be. Anyways, yeah, GO WALMART!

I bought lots of things for my daughter's new home in Eagle Mountain. They had almost everything we needed. My daughter is very picky, but she loved the bath rugs, towels, shower curtain, paper towel holder and nice large stainless steel garbage can I found here. There were several employees who helped me find items. Very friendly. I like their pick-up service; my daughter uses it often so she doesn't have to take her two young children out of her car and into the store.

Do NOT use their grocery pickup. Lehi and Saratoga have the worst grocery pickup I've ever dealt with. My order was 2 hours late, I have to google a number to contact them, redirected and disconnected 3-4 times for over 20 minutes just while trying to find out IF my groceries were even ready. And then! I finally got through, rescheduled pick up for the next morning, still can't check in, call the number in the parking lot which is invalid? Like on the actual stall, not some internet contact information. It's pathetic! And no one seems to care that the information is correct or that the whole system is flawed. I had an excellent experience and apparently rare experience in Layton UT. They were always prompt, accounts and without flaws! But somehow Lehi and Saratoga stores are both horrible!
