The pharmacist was extremely rude and belligerent. He refused to fill a pain medication for my wife that her Oral surgeon wrote. Leaving my wife crying in pain all night. Complete jerk.

Be careful when using this pharmacy. I’ve generally had a decent experience but I had a recent surgery and called in to inquire if they had a certain precipitation eye drop was told yes, and gave them the location where my prescription was and they reached out and said maybe 45 mins or so, but I was in route to pick up a prescription for someone else and was told that if I was in store it could help expedite it. I get to the store picked up the other prescription, and was told they called out and then called again while I was standing there, and said it should be ready within the next hour . I had to leave to pick my son up from school and get him to an activity and I’d try to come back before closing. 5 days passed and no text for the said prescription to be ready, I called back because I had to start it the next day pre surgery and needed to know if it was ready and to my surprise they dropped the ball. The guy on the phone attempted to tell me that it wasn’t even in stock that day I spoke with someone on the phone and in person. But I told him exactly who I spoke with and then he was quiet. Then it was well your insurance stopped us from trying to bill and fill because the other pharmacy was billing for it, I had called the other one a few days prior and they said it’s with Walmart, so just be careful and unfortunately you gotta literally stay on top or you will fall through the cracks here. If the insurance kicked it back they should have called me to inform so I can try to help get it sorted out but that never happened and it could’ve costed me a surgery I had to wait 7 months for. And that would not have been good.

Pharmacy staff is incompetent and incapable of submitting orders in a timely manner, horrible especially when the medication needed is urgent. The dual colored hair gal (red, purple, orange, whatever hideous combo it was) couldn’t seem to figure out what medication had been ordered for me (I had to tell her), it seemed like her first day on the job. On top of that, she mumbles so bad it took 3 times of asking for me to realize she was asking for my birthday. Save yourself the time and frustration and just send your prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.

It’s delightful to see the staff constantly going above and beyond what other pharmacies do. Since going there (4 -5 years- regularly) they have always gone out of their way to take care of my needs, sometimes spending a great deal of time with my needs. I had the absolute opposite experience with a grocery store pharmacy just a few blocks away and I am so glad that I switched.

My husband hurt his back badly and was prescribed some medication to help get him through the night before his mri. This pharmacy was the only one open. They had the prescription from the urgent care but refused to fill it because they closed in 10 minutes. The tech had absolutely no empathy or understanding and was less than helpful. Will not be using this pharmacy in the future and recommend that you don’t either.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I’m super happy with it. I feel like the staff actually cares and the pharmacist is super great about answering questions. A medication I needed was on back order and I feel like the staff went above and beyond to find a way to get me what I needed.

I've read through the negative reviews and I'm surprised because I've never experienced crazy long wait times, or dealt with rudeness, or had them lie to me. They've always been patient and polite. One guy, I'm blanking on his name, but he always gives my daughter a sticker. If she's in line with me, she looks for him and insists we go to his window or if we go to someone else's window she asks them to get a sticker from him lol When I call in I'm rarely on hold, they're polite and they answer all my questions. If I have issues with a script they clearly explain what I, or they, need to do. Several times they've even offered to call my Drs office for me and get an issue fixed that was the Drs office's doing. Then they call me back once it's resolved and my script is usllt ready that day or the next. For those who complain about a script not being immediately ready, my easy solution is I go to the pharmacy first thing and while I wait I do my shopping. I'm signed up for text notifications, so once I see that it's ready, I get in line. If the line is long, I just do some more of my shopping and wait until it's shorter. I go every Saturday anywhere from 9 am to 2 pm and I've never had to stand in line more than maybe 10 mins. If I have questions about a prescription, they'll look up an answer if they're not positive (like interactions with other medicines). We fill about 5 scripts monthly, and I've always been happy with the service I get! Thank you guys, keep up the awesome work!

I don't have this issue every time I go in but it has happened often enough that I have to find a new pharmacy. I get a prescription sent it by a Doctor, go in to pick it up and they tell me it was called in but not filled. why?? So instead of waiting in line for 20 minutes once I have to find something to do for 30-45 minutes since they don't want me sitting there waiting at the counter and then they ask me to stand in line again once I get back usually with another 20 minute line. It seems like a terrible way to run the place, I can't go back.

This pharmacy is really dishonest. There is a certain generic prescription that myself and my children are on that is in short supply. My doctor switched it to another medication that was in the same family of medications. Walmart sent me a text message saying that the generic form of the script is available and had been filled. I get to the pharmacy and they tell me they no longer have the generic and only the name brand that they charge anywhere from 200-400 for. SO why did I get a text that the scripts were filled? After draining my account filling the script for myself and 2 of my children the last several months during the shortage, I was just about bankrupt and walked out of the pharmacy empty handed. I went home and called my insurance to beg them to pay for the name brand since I couldn't find the generic they covered within a 100 mile radius from my home. They told me that this Walmart had been billing them for the generic form of the meds and asked me why I wasn't picking them up. I have been charged for the name brand for months now. Why are they billing my insurance for something they don't have? This is really disgusting that they are taking advantage of a nationwide shortage on medication to make profit.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to! They are knowledgeable when I ask them questions, always provide a speedy service, and are very kind. So happy I transferred to this pharmacy!

I needed to get a flu vaccine and the pharmacists refused service because I was "only" 50 minutes before closing, besides that, I was in line waiting for my turn to talk to her about the vaccine and she decided to ignored me and talk to another lady first...Walmart please consider hiring another person for this position

I switched pharmacies to Walmart and I am so glad I did. I’ve used them several times in the past few months and I’ve only had positive experiences. My husband loves them too. The wait times are a lot shorter than our old pharmacy. The technicians and pharmacists have always been helpful and super respectful. Every time I call or visit, they seem cheerful and are willing to answer all of my questions and I’ve never felt rushed or ignored.
