Good small town mentality. They didn't over charge me and stayed open until my truck was finished

Service was good but pricing was highway robbery. They charged like I was a big trucking company when in fact I was in an RV with 16" tires. A small class C RV. $1050 for 2 16" tires that cost any place for less then $200 a piece. And the tech was unable to dismount the tires and had to take them to his shop to do it charging me for his time at $150 per hour.

THIS IS NOT A 24HR MOBILE SERVICE. The only way you'll get help after hours is to go to Randy's house and wake him up. That's how it worked for me.This guy will leave you stranded. I called at 10:30 on a Tuesday night and he claimed the truck was out on call. Then he asked if I could make it to the "shop" because it would be at least an hour before the truck would get back. Before I could answer he hung up on me. I tried calling back and the call went right to voicemail. Following the last thing he said to me I limped to his "shop" address in Scipio on my flat tire.I was only 2 miles north of Scipio, but in order to get to his shop I had to go about 10 miles further north before being able to turn around and going 12+ miles south. I continued calling while driving on my flat tire hoping to confirm he could help me at his shop. All of my calls went immediately to voicemail because the phone had been turned off.Once I finally made it to his "shop" address, it was a house. I knocked and rang the doorbell several times, but nobody would answer the door.Avoid this guy even if you're stranded, because it will only add additional frustration.**************************Response to the owners comment. He did eventual call me. I must have left a dozen messages and I know an affiliate service sent a couple of texts to Randy (owner) trying to get a response. When he called Randy claimed he was out on a call and his phone coverage was spotty. I told him I was stranded in Scipio, and the one hotel in town was booked. He said he would be getting back to his shop in about 15 minutes. I waited at his shop (which was a different location than his house address 265 S 200 W that is associate with his 24hr mobile tire business). When Randy got there he turned on the shop lights and opened 2 shop doors. His mobile truck was parked inside one of the bays. That tipped me off that he hadn't been out on a call as he claimed. I asked "if he was on a service call, why was his mobile service truck inside the shop?". He lied and claimed he has a 2nd truck and the one in the shop never leaves the shop. Why own a mobile tire service and setup a truck with all the equipment to leave it in the shop?Once the tire was replaced, I was retracing my route because I noticed a molding piece by the tires fell off and I hoped to find it. This took me back past the house at 265 S 200 W. I noticed a light on inside the house which was off when I was there before. That made me feel pretty sure Randy had been at his home the whole time and not on a call like he claimed. Then, as I was passing his house, Randy drove past me returning to his house from the shop.THIS IS NOT A 24HR MOBILE SERVICE. The only way you'll get help after hours is to go to Randy's house and wake him up. That's how it worked for me. I think after I woke Randy up at his house, he turned on his phone and got my messages and the texts from the local guy that was reaching out to him for me. Don't advertise as a 24 hr business, then leave people stranded. And don't lie to your customers to try and make yourself look good.

Randy is the best! It was late on New Year’s Day when we got a flat in my brothers hell cat heading towards St George. He was able to switch out the flat tire, the other balding tire & rotate our tires all on the side of the road. Super chill guy & extremely reliable! Plus he’s open 24/7! Can’t beat his service or quality. Definitely recommend him for any needed services.Service: Tires

We got a flat on our camping trailer about 20 minutes outside of town. I put on my spare and we continued driving while I called them to see if they might be able to patch our original flat when we arrived in town. He advised that their main shop was actually right by the flying J, which was convenient cause we could fill up the truck in the same parking lot. We got there and were greeted by Randy. He was happy and quick to help, understanding that we wanted to get back on the road. He took the time to show me the type of flat and how it couldn't be repaired. I was offered a new tire or a potential for a used tire. He was able to find an used tire that was an exact match and get it back onto our trailer. I appreciated his kindness towards my family (I had curious children watching him as he worked) and that he was able to get us back on the road with a good condition used tire at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend this business and would highly recommend calling them for roadside, as I'm sure they'd take care of you just the same.Service: Tires

Stopped in right before closing with my brake making an awful scraping noise. A polite and professional young man fixed it quickly (it ended up being a pebble stuck behind a metal part but it sounded like my brake was falling off). I was back on the road in 10 minutes, and they wouldn’t let me pay anything! Saved my hide. I thought I would be stranded. I am so grateful for this place. Would highly recommend.

Had a huge blowout, Randy was there ready to help me, and he had my car in and out in about 15 minutes with a new tire on it. He even took my donut and topped off its air for me! Couldn't have made it home without their great service, perfect spot. Thanks so much!

We were stuck in traffic heading south on I-15 when a guy next to us rolled down his window to tell us we had a bubble in our trailer tire. We found the closest tire shop (Scipio tire truck) and called to see if they were open. They answered and immediately asked if we could make it to their shop or if we needed them to come to us. We drove the rest of the way and as soon as we pulled up to the shop they were outside waiting to help. Can’t say enough how impressed we were with these guys! Fast, helpful and friendly! Got two new tires in less than 20 minutes and were on the road again.

My exhaust pipe was damaged due to the bracket breaking off. I called him and he happened to be driving by so he came to my rescue fairly quickly. He helped me out by bending my exhaust pipe back into place and fixed the end that was crushed. When I tried to pay him he wouldn’t accept payment. I recommend him to anyone that needs help when traveling I-15 through UT. He is honest, caring and hard working individual and I really appreciated his help.
