Brian Snyder Meat Processing does a fantastic job with beef, pork, lamb, and elk. The plant is very clean, with no hair in the meat. The processing is done perfectly and to expectations, with options on cuts and package sizes. The meat is cut and wrapped perfectly and done on a timely basis. The people are very friendly, honest, and treat you like family. Customers are totally pleased and more than satisfied, receiving all of their meat. Many recommend the business and will always go back.
I had two pigs done. Very clean, cut and wrapped perfectly. They do a fantastic job. Done when they say. The ham curing was the only thing we didn't love. Will be great in ham n beans though. Our pigs were small n the bacon was still delicious. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK.

I have taken my sheep and beef to Brian Snyders and totally pleased with how he handles my animals. I love how he gives me options on cuts and package sizes. Very clean and he has always been done on a timely basis. I would recommend him to anyone.

We have had three different beef done. We have been more than. Satisfied with the processing . Meat was done to our expectations. We received all of our beef . It is so nice to have a butcher who is honest and his plant is clean. Very friendly people treat you like family.
