Dominic was very helpful getting me set up with a new plan. There were also some system glitches while setting up that he was able to easily navigate so I didn’t have to worry about it. Very appreciative of his help!

Disgusting and predatory. I had broken my phone and went in for a replacement. Was told by the sales associate Eddie that i would have to buy their 200ish extra dollars of additional accessories on top of the phone i wanted, if i wanted a phone then and there. It took forever to even understand the sales jargon he was saying as he tried to explain this. He appeared quite smug in his offer, perhaps thinking there was no way id go days without a phone and that id resign to buying their inflated accessories. I told him there was no way accessories should cost that much. He defended with empty answers that made zero sense, randomly saying id need a usb c cord, which i already had. I asked for an alternate option since he wouldn't give me a phone then, though they had them in the back. He said he could order me a phone but it likely wouldn’t arrive until the next week. Totally absurd, though the only option for my principles. I wasn’t going to get leveraged. I consented and left. Ill add that i had been completely polite and pleasant during the whole exchange, to a fault. I pondered the exchange and poor treatment over the next days. I returned that Friday (earlier than agreed upon), having had absolutely enough with the games. I asked the manager Jose for the phone i wanted, whether the ordered phone had arrived or not. He consented. As i was leaving he said that he knew i had had an issue with their service (though he didn’t identify that issue or apologize), but shared that he was hopeful i would leave a positive review online. Dude, what? I find Eddie leveraging my crisis against me to coerce more money out of me and the abusive lack of ownership/positive review request by Jose completely disgusting. Ive had Verizon for over a decade. This was next level messing with my mind, time, and service. In my view, a despicable way to treat a fellow human in a bind of a situation. The accessories i purchased for my phone cost me less than 80 bones. The retelling of a story can be challenging, but this treatment happened how i said it did. Disgusting service.

Verizon is last place in customer service. My beef is more so with Verizon itself as opposed to this individual location or it's employees. I'd say 1 star, but again that's more so reflective of Verizon as a whole

I went in intending to disconnect from Verizon. I said to Eddie, “ Give me 3 good reasons to not switch to Xfinity.” He did that so well we stayed and walked out with 2 new IPhone 15s. Not a bad deal with really great service. Thanks Eddie!

Dominick and Jose were great! We had issues getting the phone my daughter wanted. had to come in a few times but they got us hooked up finally. It was a frustrating thing for them I'm sure but they were amazing
