I went in intending to disconnect from Verizon. I said to Eddie, “ Give me 3 good reasons to not switch to Xfinity.” He did that so well we stayed and walked out with 2 new IPhone 15s. Not a bad deal with really great service. Thanks Eddie!

Dominick helped me get my new galaxy phone and set up with Verizon. I came in and traded my old galaxy for a new one and he made it really easy and comfortable.

Dominick and Jose were great! We had issues getting the phone my daughter wanted. had to come in a few times but they got us hooked up finally. It was a frustrating thing for them I'm sure but they were amazing

Surprisingly awesome service for a third-party provider. Chase was able to get me upgrades on a couple devices through my business plan, which is usually a cumbersome process. He was proficient, efficient, fast and I would recommend going to him. I usually go to corporate stores for business stuff, but here I had a great experience overall.

Absolutely awful service by sales associate Heaven who upsold me two screen protectors, an overpriced case, and a lightning charger under the lie of it being “included” in the sale price of the phone. After realizing this was not the case and attempting a return I was told I could not return the screen protectors as they were liquid glass applied in store at a cost of 65$ for each side of the phone. Very disappointed with the sales team here and their disingenuous sales technique to make their 7% commission. I would highly recommend not making a purchase at this location.

I highly recommend Devin! He is AMAZING and so helpful. He was straightforward, helpful, and I never felt pressured but still wound up adding products that I felt were of benefit but deviated from my original plan to visit. Devin also explained what promotions were ending when and was really personable. It is primarily thanks to him that I am switching from ATT to verizon. Thanks Devin! Oh and if his manager is reading this - HE SO DESERVES A RAISE!!!! ? ? ? ??? ????????

Went here to upgrade my phone. Was told I could upgrade my plan in order to receive a "free" phone promotion with no increase to my monthly bill, great! I didn't walk out of there until I had put $400 on my credit card for various questionable fees, but that is expected, normal deceptive practices from Verizon.The next billing cycle comes around and my bill has increased by $20, something the sales guy explicitly stated would not happen. I went back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do. This is where it escalated from the standard confusing contract language, to uninspired, transparent, and illegal fraud. Surely this behavior isn't sanctioned by the management of this store? It doesn't seem like a sustainable way to run a business.I was eventually able to get it sorted out with Verizon corporate, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular dealer. They seem to be willing to quite literally break the law to get you out the door with a phone. You're better off just going to the corporate location on 1300 E.

I'm not the best with technology and Eddie explained everything. I will feel comfortable stopping back at the store with any questions that arise. He should definitely be promoted, as he's a true leader with a positive attitude that's contagious
