I went there Thursday morning, Valentine’s Day, only to find that all of their pumps had yellow tape and a red cone in front of them. Upon driving around all of their pumps I pulled up behind someone who was getting gas. Once he was done, I pulled forward. No tape or sign on the pump, so I assumed it was okay to use it. After all, the gentleman in front of me had used it. There was a red cone to the side of the pump, so I thought it would be fine using the said pump. No sooner once I commenced to fill up my vehicle , a man came towards me and asked me in a condescending way, “did I not see the red cone?” I explained what I said above and he was still pretty angry with me. I’m an older lady and I have never been spoken to like that. I certainly didn’t mean any harm. I apologized, however he just stormed off. It kind of hurt my feelings because I honestly thought it was okay to use the pump. There was no yellow tape.
I am a person who supports local business of the community that I live in. Sadly my 3 family members will be going there anymore. I don’t like to be treated like that. I hope he doesn’t treat all of his customers like that. Poor customer service.

WARNING: at least one pump (#2) at this station malfunctions, and will steal your money. The counter on the pump said that I had more gallons than was even possible for my truck's tank size, especially since I pulled in with over 1/8 still. I tried multiple times to get help from the cashiers and managers, and they refused to do anything to address the issue. One jerk cashier, Ryan, even freaked out and threatened to call the cops on me, just because I was reporting an issue with THEIR equipment! Unbelievable! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even called Miller's corporate line 3 times. I'm done with these guys. Reporting them to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

Awesome employees. Credit card system keeps having issues and not working. Very frustrating and had to go to a different gas station twice already.

We love this place Regan took great care of us, pulled up to propane station and she was walking out to greet us. Greetings was outstanding. Need more employers that employ good service like her's Good job all.

Honestly the people that work at the chevron in Smithfield is what makes it so great. But Alan is the absolute best! I look forward to our little conversations everyday and he is always super kind to my wife when she goes in alone and is amazing to my son when me and my boy come In on the weekends if he has been good for his big boy treats!

We like to pick up a breakfast burrito every now and then when we have a busy schedule. The other day my husband went in to pick up drinks and burritos at 7:30 am. The cooks stated they didn’t have any but my husband saw about 12 of them wrapped up set aside. He asked about them and the cooks cooks said .... NO MORE! Not a sorry, these are reserved. This is not the first time this has happened. He has asked before if they could make a fresh burrito and the answer ... NO. We understand if the grill was down but to be answered like this is not customer friendly. We thought Chevron was there to serve the public. I guess we are wrong. We will no longer take our business there.

I got a Milk Muslce Protein shake from here that was expired over two months today. I drank a third of it wondering why it tasted so bad then I looked at the code date. My five year old got a milk and I checked his thankfully his wasn't expired. I called and told them to check the shelfs and I wanted a refund. When my husband went there the lady was so ignorant to him and wouldn't even make eye contact. This is dangerous and a big deal. I will never go back there.

This is my favorite station to fill up at! The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. The food is great and they have an amazing selection of candy!
