Jeff trued up our blind and changed out the pull chain so the the holes previous shown are now covered. He followed up to be sure the blind is working correctly. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff came over to our house and personally installed the blinds we chose. We are very happy with the selection of blinds and the recommendation that Jeff and Michelle gave us of which blinds would work best for us. Great people. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Best blind company around! I met with Michelle for a few minutes to decide what we wanted and then voila, our blinds were installed and our house was beautiful and private! Highly recommended. Very professional and quick!

We have enjoyed our J. Glow Blinds for over 10 years now, and continue to love them! They are a high quality blind that will last way longer than anything we could have purchased at a big box store. They were installed perfectly and we have never had an issue with them. Both Jeff and Michelle have been so easy to work with and I will definitely use them again. It’s so nice to have a local business that provides such wonderful service!

J Glow Blinds makes things easy. Home improvement can be exhausting and tedious but they were very easy to work with, very fast and efficient, and kept to schedule. We love our blinds!

I am not happy with J Glow. They were eager to take my order but avoid my wife and I when service is needed. The blind is installed incorrectly so it has a 3/8th inch gap at the roller when extended but rubs the roller when retracted. We have tried for a year to get this fixed with out results. Our phone calls and texts are not answered. Finally, after a year we heard that the 'clutch (?)' wasn't working correctly and he replaced it. This didn't fix the problem.While working on the blind, he shortened the chain pull and raised the tensioner which left holes in our frame. Now the chain is too short to move the tensioner back to its original position to cover the holes so I must trim, fill, and paint the frame to repair the work done. Our experience is they want the sale but not the responsibility. I will not recommend J Glow and caution those planning to use them to watch the install every step of the way and insist it be done correctly. It will be almost impossible to get them back once out the door.

I cannot say enough good things about J Glow! They are super kind and efficient. My annoying dog wouldn’t stop barking at them and they were so sweet to her. They even talked Minecraft with my 5 year old. The shutters and shades we had installed are gorgeous!! They completely make the house. I have 3 windows that I didn’t think needed anything and after having these, I’ve decided to put shades on those too! And the best part is, they were our cheapest bid! I could not be happier with how things turned out. 10/10 recommend!

J Glow Blinds, simply the best!!!!! This is the 2nd time around I’ve used them, and they truly are the best to work with! Michelle brings samples of all the blinds, shades, shutters, and Jeff is the best installer! Both are super nice people! Great to work with! Highly recommend!!

We recently moved up to Logan and had already purchased blinds from another company. We needed some help installing some roller shades that were about 20 feet high and contacted J Glow Blinds and a couple other companies. Those other companies took weeks to respond but J Glow Blinds responded within a day and we’re willing to help us out. There is no way we could have done this project ourselves and we highly recommend them. We definitely will be using them in the future.

We have large picture windows in in our front room and were looking for both privacy and simplicity. J Glow Blinds helped us find EXACTLY what we needed/wanted. Our new pull down shades are beautiful and were installed professionally and quickly.
