I called a few other places multiple times and they always said they would call be back but didn't or they said I had to bring it in before they would even give me an unofficial estimate on the work I wanted done.. When I called Oneway Transmissions they answered immediately and were very quick and direct with answering all of my questions. I took my car in and they did everything necessary to test my car and get me a new transmission. Fast, direct service, kind owner and very fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Oneway Transmission Repair
They rebuilt the transmission in my son’s ’08 Dodge Charger R/T (Nag1 automatic), and let me tell you... they crushed it! Best price by miles, literally thousands cheaper than anyone else, free diagnostic and they had it done in just a couple weeks. The car shifts quick, precise, and without hesitation now!
I asked about break-in since my son drives it like he’s auditioning for Fast & Furious: Cache county edition. The guy just smiled and said, “Just drive it normal.” 👀 I said, “My normal, or his normal?” 😱.. Without missing a beat he goes, “Don’t worry, I’d love to rebuild it again if he breaks it.” 😂 That’s confidence if I’ve ever seen it.
Transmission feels brand new. The warranty’s solid (24k miles / 2 years), and the service? Straight-up awesome. Five stars, would absolutely let them rebuild it again… preferably not because my son smoked it, though.🚭🚘🚭😂

This shop took great care of me when my transmission needed replaced. They quoted me a price and a timeframe and stuck to it. They are good mechanics and great people, can’t recommend them enough

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I had originally took my 2020 Ford Expedition to AAMCO since it was having issues with the CDF drum, which is common. AAMCO kept telling me they would get started and a week went by and they kept pushing it off so I called Oneway Transmission. They got us in that day, fixed it the next, and charged us less than AAMCO quoted us. They communicated with us at each step of the way and were so easy to work with. I am so glad we took it to them rather than staying with AAMCO. If you are looking for an honest shop that works quickly, this is the place to go!!!

One Way Transmission, Smithfield
I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced by One Way in July. I'm very happy with them. Frederick explained the service clearly and gave me a cost estimate. He was very courteous and professional. They did the maintenance work in a timely manner and within the estimate. I would recommend One Way Transmission.

My transmission went out on me while I was driving through the area, and brought it here after seeing good reviews. Easy to see why, Frederick has been great to work with. Wish he was closer to where I live, would be my go-to guy, and would recommend to others too.

I'm not one to do surveys or wrote reviews, so with that said, I'm writing this because my experience with Oneway Transmissions was so amazing. Toyota have me an estimate (that cost me $197 to get) of $9700 to rebuild a transmission that had been previously recalled and rebuilt. Problem was, they screwed up the rebuild. Enter Frederick and his team. He confidently knew what and how to rebuild my transmission, did it far better than Toyota would've and for 40% of the cost Toyota quoted me. You're nuts if you go anywhere else. I'm also writing this review several months AFTER getting my car back and have put on in excess of 2000 miles. You can hear how smooth and well-built it is as you drive it, which is the ultimate signature on a job well done. Thanks Frederick!

Have used multiple times, happy every time. I feel they are honest with what they do.
Recently found a minor issue, not the fault of One Way, but they were swift to make it right for me. Very happy with them.
