I took my vehicle in and explained that I needed it ready for a road trip less than a week away. Josh was genuinely the kindest and most helpful person; he completely understood the time crunch. They had it done in just three days! My car looks great and came back to me cleaner than ever.
The customer service is impeccable. Josh, in particular, was extremely personable and wonderful to work with. I couldn’t recommend Preston Watts more.

For years I’ve been happily and exclusively using this shop for all my vehicle glass and collision needs. Every time I know I’ll experience the best possible repairs at the best price. But more than that, I’m certain I will also leave as a better person myself — their customer service always leaves me smiling and is seriously that elevating! It may sound hilarious to say about a collision repair shop, but I find myself wanting to make my own mark on the world in exactly the ways they do! They seek purposeful ways to make their business better and better every day and do the same for the surrounding communities they serve. WHAT A TREASURE to experience!

Dalton and the team at Preston Watts were just what we needed after being hit while driving in I-15 in Utah. They retrieved our vehicle from the tow yard in Woods Cross and brought it to their yard in Smithfield. They answered all of my questions, and were kind and patient as they did so. You don't want to need a "regular" shop for auto body work, but when life requires it, Preston Watts is THE place to go in Cache Valley. Over the years they've done three super jobs for my husband and/or me. While their bids are lower than others I've checked with, the quality of their work, their customer service and attitude are far superior. Thank you, Dalton Scott, thank you Josh Watts. You ROCK!

We have had our windshield replaced and on another car that was in a crash we had mechanical and body work done. We have been very happy with the quality of service and the time in which it was done. Everyone was helpful and friendly and let us know costs upfront. We searched around and their prices were the lowest as well. Overall we were very happy with our service.
