Not only is it our favorite spot to stop for a quick bite. But I was losing my mind this morning my kids were in a I want everything mood and I was ready to throw in the towel with how many times I said no. The cashier noticed she not only jumped to make it easier but she helped me feel a lot more human in that moment of being overwhelmed. Can never go wrong stopping in!!!

My husband bought some chicken on Saturday and he said it tasted funny. When I went to heat it up it tasted and smelled like cigarettes!!!! Not sanitary!!

This is one of my favorite places to get chicken but when I went today the chicken tasted like it was fried in burnt oil so it left a bitter almost cigarette like taste in your mouth.

Avoid this place if you value basic service or respect. What used to show signs of improvement has now slipped back into disorganized, lazy chaos. I walked in to find no cashier at the register, no staff anywhere in sight, and had to go to the deli just to get help. Moments later, I tried the drive-thru and sat for nearly 30 minutes—completely ignored—while staff made eye contact and still walked away.
This isn’t a one-off. Locals have noticed it too: the staff often vanish, and when they’re present, they seem indifferent to anyone outside the building. It’s not just the delay—it’s the attitude. No urgency, no accountability, and zero regard for who arrived first.
To top it off, I was told my food was fresh. It wasn’t. It was dry and lukewarm—clearly left under a heat lamp far too long. Either staff here don’t care, or no one’s managing them.
This location clearly needs oversight. Consistency is gone, the drive-thru is a gamble, and the level of neglect is honestly embarrassing for ownership. Do better.
Also, would love to get in touch with the actual owner of the location, I have spoken to him before as I've left when he's outside cleaning. I would appreciate if the staff here would refrain from trying to sabotage the owner being informed of how poorly they are running his location. There's a review from a couple weeks ago from a woman who has desperately tried to report this to the higher-ups, and the managers have clearly been sabotaging any potential accountability or anything reaching their boss about how badly they need to probably be fired. This place is a ridiculous joke right now and I am embarrassed that it's in the same Valley that I live in.

This has been historically one of my favorite places to get chicken. Unfortunately, this is kind of strike Three. The last couple times I’ve been the service is crazy slow went there today. People were insulted that I was trying to get enough chicken to feed my family. Waited for 30 minutes and then was told it’s gonna be at least 15 more because we just ran out of chicken. Are they making them one at a time? Pretty sad when I can go over to Riverside and get it faster than I could Five minutes from my house. Similar experience for the last time thought I would give it another chance cause I like the chicken so much. Don’t think about calling them anytime close to eight either because they shut the grill off at about 730 or 7:45 and tell you that they will not make anymore…

CHANGED THEIR RECIPE!! Growing up in this beautiful valley brought many joys, perhaps one of the greatest was Sinclairs legendary chicken strips. Forget Chick-fil-a, canes, or super chicks none came close to the satisfaction and utter joy brought to me by sinclairs chicken strips. Unfortunately, school took me from this valley I love and sent me to the hell hole they call Chicago. Fortunately I was able to come home to the valley and family I love for my birthday this week. What did I want for my birthday lunch in this place I call home? Sinclair chicken strips of course! “They changed their recipe and they aren’t good anymore” chimed in my lovely mother “but maybe it was a bad batch” she said filling me with some hope. But that hope was quickly dashed with the first bite as I was met with an entirely different flavor and dryness that filled my soul with disappointment. What insane person would change something so perfect? What insane person would ruin a true local’s birthday? What insane person did this? This person should not only lose their job but should be locked up in Cache county jail for life. I plead with you to bring back the original recipe or make them as you had in this past, so next year when I come home for my birthday I can once again be filled with the joy of my childhood. To whoever reads this, please make a change. Bring the OG strips back

Lauri and Brandie were the SWEETEST PEOPLE EVER!!! We came in pretty late and they made us some brand new chicken and potatoes and they gave us lots of good sauces! Such good people that knew their customers by name. Love this place and I always have !!

We love going here for lunch. The food is 9/10 times wonderful. Today was definitely not wonderful. The corndog batter wasn’t done and we ordered jalapeño ones and didn’t get them just regular ones.

Great deli. Best chicken tenders in the valley…actually, it’s the best chicken I’ve ever had. Much better than the expensive chain chicken. They seem to be understaffed a lot, which can sometimes lead to long wait times. But it is worth the wait…or you can just call ahead to save time.
