I have bought two cars from this dealership! I never had any problem with either one . The are supper nice and easy to work with .They gave me such a great deal on both . The interior and exterior were very clean for a used car. They helped me install my license plates. When I got a flat tire the owners drove out and helped me buy a new tire . I asked many questions about the previous owners of my vehicles and they took the time to explain everyone of them .

The car I bought here was not very good. After buying it, I looked underneath and found that much of it was held together by duct tape and zip ties. They also put a bunch of air fresheners in the car to hide that it had been smoked in. I had to get it professionally cleaned 3 times to get rid of that smell. The brakes were so old and rusted that they literally fell apart about a month after buying the car. I wouldn’t by a car here again. I wouldn’t be able to trust a car I bought here to not have hidden issues.

Pretty great service and good deals on cars. I bought a car from here a few months ago for $4000 and it still runs very well and hasn't caused me any problems so far. The owners had put discussed specific cautions to look for in the car and offered services to go to for such. Overall, I love my car and am fortunate enough to buy it from here.

Amazing customer service!! Answered all questions I had and actively worked with me to help find the car I needed. And to people leaving bad reviews only to complain about problems with their products, I hope you hit heavy traffic whenever you need to be somewhere in a hurry. Smithfield Auto Sales definitely deserves every star and more, thank you so much!!!
