The restaurant offers a fancy ambiance perfect for enjoying the fall foliage. While the service could be friendlier, the food and drinks were top-notch. However, the prices are on the higher side, and larger portion sizes would be appreciated.

Went there for father’s day brunch years ago and had a very good time.

We had an awful experience with the service. We told the desk on the way out and felt dismissed. Not planning on coming back or recommending to anyone. For the price we were expecting better customer service.

We loved this place. Every thing was worth it.

The Aerie is A1 for a romantic dinner at Snowbird. The bartender created something personal on request. Our dinner from fondue to entrees was impeccably prepared. And our server, Addie was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive without hovering, and had helpful suggestions. Then there's the view... fabulous last meal for us on the mountain.

No words...other than horrible. Ran out of several items, food was overcooked and insipid. Took over an hour to receive our main courses. Had to speak with the assistant manager who graciously “wiped” our entire meal because the level ghastly gastronomy was ginormous!!!!!

The food was better than expected. We had had a not so good meal a few years ago so expectations were pretty low. They had also run out of several things on the menu, which should not happen at a restaurant of this stature. Fortunately, our wait staff, Charlotte and Luciana, were amazing and enabled us to still have a great evening.

The best meal we had for our one week stay in Snowbird. The trout was as good as I've had and the accoutrements were perfect. The real treat was the exceptional service that we received from Addie. She was professional, attentive and made fabulous suggestions. Addie was a bright light giving hope to the struggling service industry.

We enjoyed our dinner at Aerie. We were well taken care of by the hostess and our service was excellent. The food came out quickly and timely. The food was good but not as high-quality as you'd expect from a high priced restaurant. The fondue was disappointing and didn't taste like right type of fondue cheese was used.

The waitress was lovely on point, food was not good! Don't know how else to say it. Chicken was so dry my knife would not cut through!! Tartar was gray sat awhile. Wanted it to be better. Hope chef steps it up.

We had no choice but to eat here for my birthday because we were inter-lodged due to a rockslide so we couldn’t make our reservation down the canyon. The service was amazing but the entree was not very good for $50+ a plate, we got the fondue and a free dessert as well which was good. I wouldn’t willingly eat here again but I think you’re paying for the experience of eating with a mountain view not the actual quality of the food. Probably wouldn’t eat here again but it wasn’t terrible

The food was shockingly bad. The bar was very good. The duck cassoulet was not recognizable as duck. It tasted like someone put a packet of potpourri on chicken and unevenly cooked vegetables. The lamb shank was extremely gamey and overcooked. The pasta was very overcooked and some fingerling potatoes were described as tasting like soap. Nothing was very good.

Food was excellent on the Valentine's Day prix fixe menu. Really enjoyed the steak and the views of the mountains were gorgeous. Really impressed with everything except the reception. It was a bit clunky even though we had a reservation. Service was awesome. Really enjoyed our server who was personable and not too stuffy. It was great for the price point. If they can get the host station down and less chaotic, it would get a full 5 stars!

The front desk and the house staff were great. Jackie from Idaho was a great server. Overall, fare was good to above average. Salad was super good. The steak was ok for the price. Like all mountain towns, the food was overpriced but edible.
