Yanel just helped us, my husband and I were both nervous about starting a certificate savings and deciding on which one and we had a lot of questions. Yanel was so kind and patient even though we stayed until close. Thank you so much Yanel we are excited about our new savings plan!

I go here every month and deposit to my Grandkids accounts. This time I had the teller telling me I can't do it, because I'm not on their accounts. Finally he gets told it's OK. It took 15 minutes, he had bad body odor wafting over to me. He obviously didn't want to do any work today!

Updated to 1 star: I was charged a returned check fee due to the "incorrect account number."I've been having trouble with my account since I set it up. I set up direct deposits with the account number provided to me when I opened my account and didn't receive my first paycheck on time. I also had 3 payments from my account decline within 2 weeks, not even showing as pending. Apparently, there is a different 12-digit account number used for both direct deposit and electronic payment that wasn't mentioned to me, nor did anyone reach out after my payments declined.The agents at the branch were helpful in figuring out the issue, but this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Super frustrating.

Incredibly rude customer service. It’s Christmas and you can’t waive a $25 late fee that I only have because there was an issue with the atm I used?? That’s a you problem. Do yourself a favor and go to MACU across the street.

Rude staff, I’ve had serious issues with the service center, 30 minute hold times, not refunding any fees. Even if you’ve worked with them for years, if you don’t have substantial money with them they won’t care to service you.

I have to come here every week to pull of my pay cards and deposit checks and cash due to my work. I always feel like a burden with needing so many services when i come in but today there. Was a lady named maddi who helped me she was so kind and cheerful it really made me comfortable to be a pain I appreciate her for making this weeks bank trip a enjoyable experience

1. Applied and submitted an application online2. had to wait on the phone for over 3 hours to get to know since you don't live on the West coast you don't qualify. There's nno mention on the application that you must live in cetain areas.3. now I have a credit inquiry which only they can remove but not wiling to unfortunately and now credit score will drop by few points.same cycle of higher interest rate. they want to make sure you keep working all your life to pay higher interest rates.

Slowest staff, we waited for almost 30 minutes in the drive through for them to not ask the questions that they couldn't figure out. Ridiculously long wait time and super frustrating to sit and Wait especially when you have hungry kids in the cat. We will NEVER come back to the branch.

I feel scammed, I was charged an insurance rider for an off road vehicle and had no personal notice that my payment would increase by 30%! You would think a phone call would have been made to ensure their customers would get the best service. I feel this was another way for them to make money. Very dishonest business.
