“I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here almost 3 years! The management and staff are so kind and very quick with repairs! One of them even carry treats for my puppy which makes her day! It is always clean, manicured, and a calm place to live! I am grateful I found this place! It truly feels like I’m staying at a resort!”

“From what I've seen and no and have heard about this place it's a pretty awesome place to be there's lots of different offices from Medicare Medicaid representatives to psychiatrists and doctors always very clean and we're very kind and understanding allowing me to stay in the lobby to charge my phone and wait for the rain and thunder to stop even though I was there for over an hour and a half waiting The security there was amazing and they offered me some hot chocolate and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.”

“We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out.The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months.One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue.I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary.”

“Lowkey best living decision I have made in a long time. They hooked me up with a student discount and gave me the most thorough tour of my life and helped me find the perfect place with everything I wanted (size, direction, has a bath tub). Water is included, which has made my deep soaks guilt free.

Joey and Alex form Maintenance are AMAZING—Joey is the GOAT and will always do timely and incredibly competent work. He even goes the extra mile and helps do things that aren’t strictly maintenance—like helping me open a heavy-spring indoor rebounder. Same with Alex. Both are super helpful and were completely invaluable for move in—helped me haul all my heavy furniture parts from the big mail room with no complaint. Both are incredibly friendly, humble, and incredibly hardworking people. A true blessing to have on staff.

As for the actual housing—I was given permission to screw additional shelving things into the wall—something I cannot overstate how much I need because of all my bags, books, and other Knick knacks. Joey came around and helped with that as well. If there are any issues, no matter how minor (one of my bathrooms doorknobs was loose once. There was a loose something or other) someone always comes to fix it really fast

No place is perfect—I would love to have a slightly more complete gym for example (vertical leg press please!), and the sound insulation isn’t the best (dog owners… please let me take an afternoon nap! Please!)—but overall, I’ve never been happier with an apartment complex. It’s not just good for the price—it’s good and the price made it a no brainer.
