“We got two higher end GE fridges from this shop at a price that was honestly hard to beat. The real reason I’m leaving this review, though, is because of the incredible service. During delivery, there was damage to one of the parts that caused a loud noise when the fridge was turned on, not the shop’s fault, but definitely still a concern for us.
After finding out, the owner personally drove nearly 20 miles on his date night just to come check it out and even helped us set up the second fridge. When we realized a part needed replacement, he ordered it and came back again to fix everything at no extra cost to us.
You don’t see that kind of commitment often. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure we got what we paid for and were happy with it. If you’re looking for quality appliances at great prices and a business that actually stands behind what they sell this is the place. Definitely recommend.”

“It's always a blast to come to IKEA! It was our first time at this location, but it was clean and the customer service was good! Lots of variety in decor, and we always love to look at the displays that have been set up for home inspo :) Lunch was delicious, you can't go wrong with the meatballs! Only negative was that lots of the grab and go lunch options (like the salads and wraps) were out in the cafeteria when we came through, but it was at lunch time and the food we recieved was very good! Still absolutely worth visiting.”
“Great buy on an awesome new Samsung fridge with cool features but it has a few scratches and dents... No problem I can live with that.
FYI I just got some vynil and covered the fridge so you can't see the scratches or dents and it looks amazing.”

He will tell you the pros and cons of whatever you're looking at and help you find something that fits your budget. It's a great store because of the owner and the service he provides. “Lowes has been my source for tools, hardware, and other supplies for several years now. I've never had trouble finding what I needed, and was always able to find staff that could answer my questions.
Prices are reasonable, and the store itself is well maintained and logically organized.
The one somewhat negative experience I ever had was a couple years ago. It was February, and a large snowstorm was expected to blow in that night. Since I was running low on ice melt, I stopped in to pick up a fresh bag. When I had trouble finding any, one of the employees told me that the manager had shipped almost all of it away for storage to make room for summer supplies. Only a handful of bags were in the back, and they were all beat up and leaking. I had to drive home holding the best of the remaining bags in my lap to keep it from spilling all over the car. I understand the need for a retail location to have the next season's merchandise up early. But sundries like that should be kept on hand for the season they're needed in.
I have noticed that the front end staff at the cash registers and main customer service desks are undertrained. They can run a register, and sign you up for services well enough. But they don't have the knowledge, support, or authorization to actually deal with any sort of issue.
If Lowes were to increase front end training and do a better job of stocking seasonal sundries, they could have earned that fifth star.”

“I recently visited Home Depot to pick up a replacement set of mirror closet doors after unfortunately breaking one from my first delivery. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jack, an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help me.
From the moment I arrived, Jack was incredibly helpful and made sure I didn't feel like a burden. He assisted me in getting the new set of closet doors into my car, which was no easy task given their size. When we realized it was a tight fit, Jack came up with the brilliant idea to open the packaging and remove some packing material. This creative solution allowed the doors to fit perfectly in my car.
I had never shopped at this Home Depot location before, but thanks to Jack and his exceptional customer service, I can confidently say they truly care about their customers. Jack's support and dedication made a potentially stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding help and for making my shopping experience such a positive one!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph at Home Depot, and I can't thank him enough for his exceptional assistance. I initially called the store to inquire about cutting a piece of aluminum for my new closet door frame, only to learn that they could only cut wood pieces. This new information led me to seek help in purchasing a circular saw so I could do the work myself.
Joseph and his team stepped in and provided a master class on circular saws and the types of blades I would need for my project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even introduced me to a deal on Ryobi products that perfectly fit my business needs.
