Austin and Liz were so nice and helpful, we came in for a phone upgrade and they helped us out so much! They got us good prices, were super friendly, and it was overall just a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend

Appreciated all the help I received from Austin! He is so intelligent. He not only helped me with buying a new I phone but was able to resolve an issue I was having with Siri not being able to sync with the radio component in my Honda. He is kind, along with being patient, even when I got frustrated with the Siri thing. I also was impressed with Jayla as well. So wonderful to receive great customer service. ?

Austin Tandy is absolutely by far the best AT&T employee I have ever encountered. His knowledge and willing to help us and better our experience was amazing and for that we will definitely be going back to his location moving forward!

Super friendly, extremely attentive and helpful. I love coming to the store. The staff are very knowledgeable and always have answers for my questions. Both Austin and Jayla were wonderful.

It says to share the details of my own experience here. I don't normally write reviews, and without being too negative, I would just say you should just go to the District or someplace else to a more up-to-date Authorized AT&T store. The 2 store employees, (not naming names) at first seemed nice, but later ended up costing me $800 because they didn't know promotion details and then covered up for themselves so they would not have to be responsible. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
