I had a broken (or so I thought) 7th Gen Ipod Classic laying around and I figured it was unfixable. But I finally started calling around to a few places and luckily I found this store. I wasn't sure if it was the hard drive or the battery that was the issue. Luckily it was just the battery, and they swapped it out for a new one at a reasonable price. Now I have a 155gb of music that I thought was lost forever. And the team was very easy to work with.

Went to go turn in my sister’s phone to fix her screen! I had went to a different store to try and repair her screen but was given it back still broken. Dan was super wonderful and kind! Took his time with me and also gave me steps on what he will do and what not to worry about! Really assuring and relieved! Dan had the patience with me! I appreciate Dan and hope he’s doing great!

I had the most amazing experience at The South Jordan Bad Apple Repair Store. What an amazing group of people and what an incredible shop. I have an old I-phone that I thought sure was done for. I suspected it had a virus, no storage space, and had corrupted the SIM card. I feared I would never be able to get my contacts and other data back—-without which I would be lost. Plus, I was afraid I’d be embarrassed as I am so stupid when it comes to technology. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! Ally patiently gave me precise directions as to how to get to the shop. Then Dan Kemp spent a great deal of time doing a preliminary diagnosis and completing a soft reset…all with no charge. It turned out that my phone needed more work and the manager, Steven, joined the assessment team and engaged in what I can only describe as complex cell phone surgery. No one made me feel inept but were continually suportive and compassionately competent! My phone is now functioning better than ever. It is faster and more efficient. Plus, I didn’t lose ANY data nor contact information and my storage capacity was greatly increased. These people worked a miracle for me…all at no charge tho the service was invaluable. I am so grateful for The South Jordan Bad Apple and the kind, caring, and effective service rendered. And, as my phone acts as my external brain, they restored my sanity! The best thing about this place is they'll do many basic repairs right in front of you if you'd like. I think other certified shops like apple or best buy don't feel confident enough with their technicians to do this, so they'll try to hide their mistakes. I'm fine with mistakes, it's more important how a place deals with them.
Second best thing is their prices are reasonable. Apple will charge you like $450 for a screen, because their real motive is to just get you to: buy a new phone, pay monthly for apple care. And if they fail to extract that from us, well hey, They've still made $300 on a $50-150 repair.

went there thinking it was the end for my phone, turns out it was a quick fix. Dan is an amazing man, he helped me get a battery into my phone even when they didn’t have one at that location. he was so extremely helpful, i wish my phone had more issues so i could keep seeing him. highly recommend!!!

Amazing staff, I had a device with major issues and they let me know about everything wrong with it.
Unfortunately fixing it was outside my budget (mostly because it was the same price as buying a new one) but they were nice and didn't just string me along to make money.
If you need something repaired I highly recommend them.

My iphone had a bulging battery. A different business wanted to charge me over $300. Bad Apple charged me $80 and had the phone fixed in just a couple of hours.
When I first walked in, I overhead one employee telling an older woman than he was going to charge her LESS than what he had orginally quoted her.
These guys are honest, fair, friendly, and pay attention to details. I will only take my business here!
