“My daughter is interning in Salt Lake this summer thru Univ Utah and I live in Texas. On two occasions in the last two weeks, she has experienced car issues. First a cam sensor needed replacement, next an alternator. Both incidents occurred on Sundays. Both times I phoned this store and found the manager, Robyn to exceed any expectations and offered to meet with my daughter in the store to explain to her what was needed and why. Robyn also made herself available for my follow-up calls. Appreciate Robyns intentionality as it relates to customer service! Highly recommend this location.”
“This is one of the best stores I've been to as far as O'Reilly's go the employees are sweet and I think it's really nice and clean for being an auto parts store it's in good place I recommend this one day I needed my battery to be checked out and so they kept my battery in a kept it overnight and charged it and it turns out it wasn't my battery my battery is very nice and new and good so thank you guys appreciate you I recommend this one”

“Mel is a lifesaver! We were in a terrible situation, stuck in the snow in the mountains broken down. A tire chain had sliced through our brake line, leaving us completely stranded - and freezing...
We called dozens of shops and nobody was able to get the part or help us. Until we were lucky enough to finally reach Mel, who figured out how to get the part shipped to the store the next morning. I don't know how Mel did it, but it happened.
Mel kept us updated the whole time via text and we were finally able to have somebody pick up the part the next morning and bring it up to fix the truck. I don't know what we would have done if it weren't for Mel. Probably still stuck in the snow frozen to death. THANK YOU MEL!”

“I’m a big supporter of the REPAIR Act (H.R. 1566), and I shop here at O'Reilly's because local parts stores are the backbone of the Right to Repair movement. If this law doesn’t pass, car manufacturers will keep using software 'ransoms' and digital locks to stop us from fixing our own vehicles, which would hurt both DIYers and great stores like this one.
The service at this location is top-notch—the team is helpful and they always have a great inventory in stock. I’d love to see this shop lead the way in Herriman by educating the staff on the REPAIR Act and maybe putting up a QR code petition at the counter for customers to sign. It’s a win-win for everyone who loves working on cars. Keep up the great work!”

“Today I came into the Midvale O'Reilly Auto Parts store and spoke to Adrian about my battery. He went out to check it and my alternator. I told him my issues and he told me that I had a warranty on my battery. I was greatly surprised to find out that I was eligible for a replacement battery. Adrian was so helpful to take out my old battery and put in the new one. He realized I needed hood struts and told me he would install them for me. I bought them and he installed them! Adrian went way out of his way to make sure I was good to go. I highly recommend O'Reilly in Midvale for any auto parts. I can say today's visit MADE MY DAY because Adrian was so nice and helpful. Thank you Adrian!”

“We’ve been in to O’Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We’ve had a good experience every time we’ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we’ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we’re in. We’ll be back any time we need anything for the car, and that is due in no small part to our experience with Mac, who has made us feel that we’re in good hands when we’re there. Thanks!”

“I had a watch battery replaced. After a week, I noticed the watch wasn't working and the face moved within the watch. Turns out a part was forgotten when reassembling. The manager, Tony, offered to get the part replaced for me at a local shop. In the end, we ended up creating our own solution to get my watch working again.”
